We love it.
I visited this really lovely little cafe with a friend today, it is a bit hidden, but really is a hidden gem. The ladies working in there today (maybe owner(s)) were really friendly and fun. The food was fresh and delicious. We were made to feel very welcome and both said we would definitely like to visit again! Highly recommended.
I've read a couple of bad reviews about this place and fortunately many others very positive.
My personal experience has been very positive indeed: sat down for a coffee, relaxing atmosphere and lovely, available staff.
I need to say coffee quality is above average (Illy coffee is advertised) and cost was as expected for being in the main Cranbrook strip.
Oh, and they accept dogs, which is a strong additional 'plus' for coming again.
The really lovely staff and great quality food make this an excellent stop in for lunch or just a drink and cake.
Access is easy, and there's a covered outside area.
They are always really nice to my elderly mum.
