Luminique were absolutely incredible and helped make our wedding stunning! From booking them all the way through the process their service was outstanding and they were so friendly, helpful and responsive! They worked really hard to bring our vision for our day to life and we were blown away by the final outcome! They went above and beyond, working with our venue to make sure everything went smoothly and we really couldn't have asked for more! They were so quick in getting everything set up and even coming back to move things/change things after our ceremony! Thank you so much and I highly recommend Luminque to everyone!

This is an excellent company to hire anything wedding or party from! When my partner and I first started wedding planning we didn't like the chairs that the hotel provided (they were normal blue plush chairs - nothing wrong with them just not our style or fit the theme of our wedding) and we didn't like the look of chair covers as we thought it made the chairs look more clunky. So we started researching hiring chairs, we met Luminique at a wedding fair at the Marwell Hotel, and they blew our minds. The chairs were of such good quality and were reasonably priced. The team were wonderful and dropped the chairs in the morning with plenty of time for set up and picked them up on the evening so we didn't need to worry about delivery. As we were getting closer to the wedding I was worried about the chairs holding the weight of my dress as my parents went to a wedding with the same style chairs and they were super uncomfortable, but not these chairs! These chairs are so comfy, and we're able to hold both myself and my large dress with no fuss

Amazing service, from initial contact to the end of the wedding the service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them, the chairs, Sashes everything was beautiful. I knew what we were having but was still wowed when I walked into the room. The room was set up the day before and in between the ceremony and wedding brekkie they worked so hard to change the room over and again between the wedding brekkie and evening reception, by the time we were up and had breakfast the following day the room was cleared, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and beautiful room set up.

Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. We had a memorable wedding thanks to this company. So professional but friendly at the same time., with great attention to detail. Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. On our wedding day the room looked incredible, the attention to detail was spotless and I couldn’t of been more happy it was perfect. Thank you so much jodie for making my wedding dreams come true 🥰

Jodie's talent and skill is breathtaking. Her artistic arrangements are just beautiful and her ability to truly listen to her clients makes the displays and the work she produces so personal and unique. She very kindly did all the flowers for our recent wedding in Hampshire and the comments we had regarding our bouquets, table displays and more, were endless. Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! No request or question was too much and they were so amazing at making sure we had everything perfect for us - it really was the best day! We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. Sam was an absolute delight from start to finish. I knew I wanted everything at our wedding to look pretty, but had no idea how to make it look nice, fortunately Sam did! I gave her some vague ideas, and she put together exactly what I wanted somehow. She was really easy to get hold of and talk to. We adjusted some things closer to the date, and everything came together beautifully. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone!

I can’t thank Sam at Linen and Lace enough. She worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life. I had all my own decor and a plan for our wedding that was very detailed and Sam executed it perfectly. I am sure that I nearly killed her but she did it with ease, professionalism and a smile on her face, it was like working with a good friend. I am so grateful as she created this bespoke for us and I could not have asked for more. She set up, packed down and out of hundreds of glass items and a van full, it all made it back. It was expertly done. Very highly recommended. I enjoyed every moment setting up with her. Her comms are fantastic and she has an excellent eye for detail. If you want your decor to be something people will talk about, Sam is your girl. She loves whats she does and puts her heart and soul into it. A day to remember thank you so much x

Sam decorated for our Wedding at Balmer Lawn last Saturday and she did an incredible job it was everything that I hoped for and more! We explained what we wanted and showed pictures and nothing was too much trouble and she got everything spot on. The candles, vases etc that she used were just so beautiful and exactly the style I wanted. She made use of the table decor on the window sills and registrar table during the ceremony so nowhere in the room looked empty. We had soo many compliments on the decor and how beautiful it was. Could not recommend Linen and Lace enough. Sam made our venue look even better than I imagined and her attention to detail was exquisite. We wanted a rustic feel with lots of pretty lights/candles and she made it work. She went above and beyond and even helped with the flowers! She also made it stress free for us. Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her co-ordinate your day. She helped us make sure we had considered everything we needed (things I would never have though of!). She helped make the wedding planning process smooth and liaised with suppliers so everything worked together. She sorted out any issues on the day so the day ran smoothly and we didn't need to worry about a thing- we could relax and enjoy our day.

We held our wedding at Antrobus House and I couldn’t have wished for a better day. The venue was beautiful and just amazing for a wedding, and Catherine, who helped to facilitate the day was perfectly perfect. Highcliffe Castle is absolutely worth a visit; other reviews talk about the gardens but on a very wet February day; inside was a ray of sunshine! The volunteers are amazingly knowledgeable and really happy to share their knowledge of all aspects of the history of the building and its more recent restoration. I’ve seen the outside of the building before but had no idea of where all the stones, windows, grotesques, stained glass came from … no spoilers here you’ll just have to visit yourself! I’d thoroughly recommend it. Easy parking and great cafe too

The building was very interesting. It showed the fabric of the house as it was built and after the disastrous fire that did immense damage. The tour around was on even floors and suspended walkways that didn't do further damage to the masonry. The history of the building was well resented on information boards. Children were well catered for and the cafe was a welcome coffee stop. Well worth a visit and the semi restored areas looked great for weddings and special occasions. Grounds were pretty and there was a short walk to the beach.
