My appointment with Octavian allayed my fears. He was very kind and reassuring and explained everything in detail. I will need to return for some treatment, but have no worries!
I was caught up heavy traffic due to an accident and had to travel another route. I telphoned the dental surgery to say I was running late, The receptionist changed my hygiene appointment from 10.30 to 12.30. The hygienist Lucyna was excellent in providing a good cleaning of my teeth.
We had an emergency visit, and the dental clinic responded promptly, making the booking process straightforward. The staff, particularly the receptionist and dentist, were extremely polite and professional. The clinic itself is tidy and cosy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its location is very convenient, with on-street parking available. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who finds it conveniently located.
As a new patient I had looked at the reviews which were Excellent- slightly nervous to meet the dentist Octavian - I had an existing implant bridge but had accidentally chipped a front tooth. I felt so depressed by this but this lovely dentist put me at ease and said he could fix it. What great work, I’m amazed how good it looks. Thank you. My upset and depression lifted immediately. Most definitely I recommend this dentist.
A very positive experience for me. The staff are very friendly and the appointments were on time. I needed root canal treatment and the service I received from Mr Gheorgheoiu was outstanding and of the highest professional standard. I would highly recommend this surgery.
