Very helpful yesterday in an emergency. We weren't registered with them but it was no problem and they swiftly obtained our dogs notes. Our normal vet practice had no vet and their suggestion was miles away šŸ˜ž Very pleased with Yew Tree Vets, highly recommend.

An incredible vet practice full of caring people who clearly love animals . From Andrea the welcoming, calm, friendly & professional receptionist; and right up to Senior vet David - whose goal is to use his professional skills in the best way possible - healing and caring for his furry clients. Not driven by high costs, they obviously need to make a profit but their charges are fair. I can't see any of our 3 fur balls going anywhere else. Simply, just "thank you". Yvette - and ok f course Kristoff, Kyra & Chesney.

We have been clients of Yew Tree Veterinary Centre for over 25 years. This is our first visit following the changes and our first consultation with Lizzie. She was warm, friendly and professional and handled our dog beautifully. Lizzie explained clearly and concisely what was good and where improvements could be made. She gave us some very positive recommendations and suggestions which we have immediately started to implement already. It's a great feeling to trust your vet.

Crofts Veterinary Surgery - Haslemere

Petworth Rd, Haslemere GU27 2HU, UK | Veterinary Care
P: 01428 653056

Rating: 4.9 (123) Price Level:

Contacted Crofts after another poor experience for me and my dog at Amery Vets. They registered my dog there and then, saw him the next day. The experience was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Should have moved to Crofts earlier !! He did not even have to wear his muzzle, he was so much more relaxed. Met the whole team and he was treated like the customer/ patient. Dont hesitate to make the move.

After decades of using this vets under Michael Sealy I was devastated when he retired. I didn't like the replacement so went elsewhere. Happened to go the other day, amazing, back to how it was, warm, friendly, helpful, understanding and best of all not money hungry. Will be transferring my animals there now

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I canā€™t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You donā€™t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, itā€™s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. Iā€™ll always continue to recommend them šŸ¤šŸ¾šŸ¤ the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and canā€™t contain their excitement šŸ„°

Pets 1st Vets

Tite Hill, Egham TW20 0NB, UK | Veterinary Care
P: 01784 436367

Rating: 4.8 (405) Price Level:

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. We have been registered here for over three years, and every experience has been exceptional. Recently, our Springer Spaniel, Dastan, began having issues with his legs, and he was seen immediately each time. The care he received when he was admitted for an X-ray was simply outstandingā€”he was truly looked after with so much care and compassion. Dastan has even been assigned a specialist team to further investigate his condition, which has given us great peace of mind. Unfortunately, just a few days later, his other leg began to cause him pain for a different reason. We rushed him to the emergency clinic, and once again, he was seen at the clinic the very next day. We owe a huge thank you to the wonderful Dr. David, who has been absolutely exceptional in addressing Dastanā€™s health concerns. His expertise and care have been nothing short of amazing. We also want to extend our gratitude to the lovely Nicola at reception, who has been so attentive and supportive, even patiently guiding us through our first insurance claim. And, of course, thank you to all the nurses who took such great care of Dastan. It's heartbreaking when your pet is in pain, but knowing that he's in the best possible hands makes all the difference. Thank you all so much!

They are always excellent professionals, always with care and affection for my cats. When my cat Lucy died, they treated the moment with great respect, attention and love. Now I have Princess, Tobi and Prada... they are all registered there and always very well cared for! It is a place where you feel and know that the veterinarians and the entire team are not there just for the money, but because they love what they do. I trust them 100%

Pets 1st Vets has exceeded all my expectations and more, providing exceptional care for my beloved White. The team here is the perfect blend of friendliness, kindness, and professionalism. The veterinarians and support staff are true experts in their field. They provided clear and compassionate explanations. I was well-informed about my dog's health while he stayed in the hospital without me. They treat pets as their own, and the state-of-the-art facility adds confidence. My dog received the best care. Thank you, Pets 1st Vets for your exceptional service and compassion.

I couldnā€™t recommend Pets 1st Vets more strongly if I tried. The fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff are truly first class, treating every visitor like a friend and always going above and beyond no matter how minor the reason for the appointment. We have been going to Pets 1st Vets for many years and they have been incredible support for my poorly rabbit Honey. Their care saved her life more times than I can count. However, it is the genuine love and care for animals shown by the team at Pets 1st Vets that keeps us coming back to this clinic, and I fully trust that my pets are in safe hands. If only they treated humans too!

I can't thank the Livestock clinic enough (and in particular Laura). I had a silkie hen not acting like herself and brought her into the practice the same day as calling. My poor hen turned out to be quite sick with an infection. With the medication and advice she made a full recovery and is back to being herself again.

Aura treated my 2yo catā€™s badly infected (bitten) tail, which the local vet said should be amputated. Aura took great care of her and did an excellent job - she was healed and back climbing trees in no time. I only wish Iā€™d asked for a referral there much, much sooner. Also very pleased with PetPlan for paying the bills with very minimal fuss.

The reception team were so kind and supportive, the finance department even came to help explain to us better about insurance because itā€™s the first time weā€™ve ever had to use it, and the nurses and vets that helped save our babies life were incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did and will never stop recommending them to everyone šŸ¾šŸ¤šŸ¾

Jonathan operated on my beloved Bichon Frise, successfully removing a part of his liver that had cancer cells. The fees are higher than other specialists, but the waiting time for a consultation certainly made up for it. Having initially been referred somewhere else where the waiting list for a consultation was 4 weeks, I sought Aura, who were able to see my dog the same week. His recovery has been tremendous, and the twice daily calls whilst he was an inpatient showed they truly care for both the dogs and the owners. Follow-up calls were also much appreciated, I never once felt like my dog and I were just another number. Would highly recommend!

Rating: 4.5 (367) Price Level:

Great service as always. I rang on Thursday asking for a non-urgent appointment for both of my dogs for the following day, not really expecting to get one, the receptionist explained that it was unlikely as there were staffing issues, one of my dogs could definitely be seen, however the immediate next appointment was already taken. The receptionist (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) asked me to wait 5 minutes, she would make a call to see if that appointment could be moved, I was called back with the news that appointment had been moved and both of my dogs could be seen. As usual excellent service was received when the dogs were looked at, the following day. I cannot recommend Alders enough.

Pet Doctors have looked after us for all our dogs, from puppy to end of life. They treated my dogs with dignity and respect and when my older spaniel needed expensive dental treatment, they recommended I sign up with the healthy pet club which caps the dental treatment at an affordable level, saving me Ā£100's. I would absolutely recommend this practice over any in the Aldershot and Farnham area
