I have visited veterinary practices over many parts of England. I have to say this practice is the most caring one I have ever been to. ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff, the nurses, the vets all take time to explain everything in such a kind and caring manner. Thank you so much for looking after Bonnie who wasn’t even remotely afraid to return for her check up. In fact she couldn’t wait to go through the door. She used to shake with other vets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This vet practice has gone above and beyond for us and our beloved dog, they've been really helpful throughout the whole process, reassuring us when we were very stressed. All the nurses, vet and receptionists have been so lovely and helpful, helping us understanding what is going on and always putting our minds at ease when we had questions and concerns. Amazing communication with us throughout it all, and even with the ongoing vet appointments, explaining everything really well when we struggled to understand what was happening. I can't thank you all enough for everything you have done, Pepper absolutely adores all of you and always goes in happy and tail wagging and it's so reassuring after having bad experiences elsewhere. 🩷

I have been with this vets for over 30 years. As you can imagine I’ve had a number of dogs. I recently got a new puppy, after the death of my springer. I have never considered moving vets. All the staff are friendly, supportive and professional. I can honestly say, I would 100% recommend them.

Hi I've been with this vets for over 15 years. Every time I've been for what ever reason from puppy vaccinations to saying goodbye to our fur babies I've never had a bad visit. Everyone makes you feel that your pet matters. They have taken care of all my pets from my cats, rabbits and my dogs. Had to say goodbye to my old boy but will be taking my new puppy there soon. Thanks for all being amazing.

When my beautiful cat was hit by a car and taken into Mimram vets she received excellent care. Every member of staff went out of their way to be kind and supportive both in person and over the phone for which I am truly grateful.

Mimram vets are one of the best vets around! I have been with them for well over 15 years and the care they give is amazing. My cat Kasper has quite a few issues and has to go to the vets regularly and he is always looked after exceptionally. All the staff are super friendly and I feel that the welfare of the animals they look after are there main priority. Thank you for all you do for all the fur baby’s 🐾

Another fabulous visit yesterday. All the vets I’ve seen at the practice are so caring and supportive. Reception staff are always warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend Mimram Veterinary Practice highly enough!

Incredibly sensitive and compassionate staff. Treated our boy like their own and supported us and him through the end of his life with care and love. The team clearly care about every pet that comes through their door and provides a really personal service. The card that came a few days later really made us appreciate the care we all received. I am delighted with the service received from minute one. For someone who's new to the Vet's world, I couldn't ask for a more personalised and humane attention. I had so many doubts when we brought our 8-week kitten home that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Gus exceeded my expectations explaining everything I needed to know and beyond. Rachel was also fantastic before and after my visit. Seeing how professional the team is puts my mind at ease. I also chose the health care plan because it's great value for money. Found it a no-brainer. Overall, really satisfied and would recommend 100%. Keep it up!

A massive thank you to Taymar, I felt reassured leaving my little friend with her after he passed away. She made sure my wishes were fulfilled and I received even more little touches which was a lovely surprise and so heart warming 🫶🏼 the receptionist, a young lady with light hair, was so compassionate when I came to collect the ashes. First class service, we have had the best for our animals everytime, they gave us the best help and advice with support for our beautiful German Shepherd Shyla all through her terminal illness to the very end..... This practice is professional and caring with fair prices compared to other veterinary practices in Hatfield. I prefer this practice as a result. Moreover, my best little furry friend and I have been with The Village Veterinary Surgery since our return to the UK in the summer of 2022 and have been met with kindness and respect. My dog's vet is Lisa who is brilliant because her knowledge is excellent, her sweet and gentle way of being with my little dog is perfect, and her advice just great. I feel grateful to be a client of such a well run and caring, professional veterinary practice. I have also visited their practice in St Albans (last summer) which is equally impressive. Very very good independent vets. Really looked after our dog, we were with another vets locally which we were very unhappy with. A surgery was over 30% cheaper here and the expertise is far far higher. First class

Our girl dolly had dental work today and I'd like to say a big thank you to all at the practice for being so kind and helpful each time we visit. I would also like to thank Manuel who is always so kind to both dolly and bluebell and is so patient and attentive with them both. Always welcomed with a kind smile. Thanks for everything.

I registered there at short notice as my old dog was struggling the breath with CHF. My dogs feel quite relax and love who work there. The whole practice has been amazing. Both vets have shown kindness, love towards my dogs and have listened when it came to having that dreaded conversation and showed empathy. Highly recommend the practice

Outstanding care received today for our beagle Rosie from Ella. She was absolutely brilliant with her and listened to all our concerns and worked through them methodically. She handled Rosie with kindness and compassion but also knew when it was time to get the job done. Thank you Ella for your expertise and for also making the experience warm and heartfelt. My cat Albus was very poorly & Village Vet worked tirelessly to diagnose & treat him. He was in their hospital all weekend & the vets (Jennifer D & Anna) kept me informed of his condition throughout the weekend, and they were compassionate & kind to me (as a very distressed pet owner!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vet surgery

I can't fault them. They managed to register and fit my cat in late on a Saturday afternoon before they went in to out of hours. The vet was wonderful and explained everything including payment and claims. Etta is now with them overnight after breaking a toe (of all things lol) and they have updated me as promised. I have been looking for a good vet since moving here not too long ago. We will be staying.

We honestly cannot rate Chris highly enough. He has looked after our Pugs since they were puppies. Chris always takes his time with Alfie and is happy to answer any concerns you have. We trust Chris completely with our dog! Highly recommended 5*

I cannot recommend highly enough. This team is exceptional in the way they deal with customers and more importantly their pets. I have my three Labs cared for by Chris and his team. He has carried out 2 essential ops on my young Labrador and to the highest standards. I joined after a very bad experience from my previous vet and the quality of care I now get is fantastic.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else but Chris with my dog. The nicest guy that you can tell really honestly cares deeply about the dogs he is visiting. Makes it so easy that he is mobile and comes to you. Can’t recommend more.

We love it here! All the staff are super helpful (especially Lorinda who has been great with every random question I have each time!) and the app is really useful aswell. Great treats for the pups too!

Always brought my animals from here - never had any issues at all and the staff are super helpful and friendly! - I think her name is Chelsie but she's always been amazing, knows her stuff when it comes to animals! Definitely the place to go if you need animal related help!

You will not find a more caring or professional veterinary clinic in the locality, and probably in the country, than Attimore. All the staff from the Vets to the Administration Team are superb. You can take your beloved pets there with confidence.

We've been with Attimore for a number of years, for both of our cats (now just one), and our puppy. They are fantastic! All the ladies on reception are lovely and make a fuss of our puppy whenever we see them. Michelle is really kind and is often juggling to fit us in. Lilly (vet), always goes the extra mile and is always a reassuring presence. Their out of hours service has always been helpful and they deal with claims really quickly! Thank you from all of us! :)

The team here are brilliant and very good with my cats. Unfortunately the last visit was a bad one as we had to put one of our cats down. The kindness and compassion shown by all the staff I interacted with was amazing they seemed to truly care for our cat and us in that horrible time. I have a very old cat who has stopped grooming her self. Her fur has become very matted . When I took my cat for its annual check up . I was surprised that the Italian lady vet spent a long time brushing and shaving the knots out of my cats fur and cutting her claws. She sang an Italian song to my cat as she was giving her the check up which my cat seemed to enjoy .
