Staff are very helpful and caring, I took my 5 week old puppy in as an emergency and they dealt with her right away and had her booked for an OP the very next morning very professional tha k you all I was so worried she is now doin great

LOVE this vet. Although I don't have anything to compare it to. All the vets are very knowlegable and helpful at both Feltham and Staines. However Annie is our favourite. Nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful. LOVE the health care club.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Staff so caring and knowledgable and professional and he is now recovering well at home. In fact he is the most spritely we have seen him in ages.
