Absolutely fantastic service today from a very kind and professional team. The vet went above and beyond to help my chihuahua with his poorly teeth. She made me feel so comfortable leaving him. He was well loved all day and is recovering nicely because he didn’t get too anxious. Thank you for such a great job and for your kindness.
the vet alex was very helpfull knew his stuff budgie is getting much better after 24 h of antibiotic also recommended using a nebulizer to help with current problem also offered to show me how to set it up if required
My little girl cat was being spayed when there were some minor problems. Medivet kept me up to date on her progress and her medications explained to me when I picked her up.
I could see that they cared for her very much and she is making a good recovery
Nice friendly staff, really care for their customers and their pets. Best thing they did was move back to folkestone. Can easily walk to the practice again, rather than the drive to dover
