I was extremely impressed with the service at Euro Pets Folkestone. We were welcomed by very professional, efficient and genuinely kind team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an animal health certificate.
The easiest place to use of you are taking your dog abroad using the ferry or the channel tunnel. It’s located 10 mins away from both, you submit all of you pet information in advance for review and only once they are happy will the charge you. We even had the dog wormed at the same time so she could be brought back in as our trip was less than 5 days and it would have been easier than getting a vet in France to do this.
The process was extremely efficient and easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent service at a great price compared to most service providers. The collection took us 10 minutes on the way to the France. Highly recommend.
