My cat needed emergency treatment. Although not registered with the practice I was able to get an emergency appointment with the surgery on Sunday the 29th. I was seen immediately on arrival. The care my cat received was excellent. Freddie remained at the vet until the 31st. Throughout I was kept informed. When Freddie was able to come home a full explanation of the treatment he had received and the after care required was given. The care Freddie received was excellent, the staff were professional, kind and helpful. Huge thanks to Leanne, Rachel and all the team.

I have found that every single vet here really takes their time to get to know your individual pet. They thoroughly read previous notes, if relevant, made by themselves or their colleagues, and listen intently to what you have to say and your concerns. I would describe them as old school vets, who genuinely care, and would highly recommend them. And that goes for all the staff who work there as well, a really great group of people.

A big thank you to the lovley vet we saw yesterday. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our gourgous girl Grace . We were both emotional wrecks but felt so supported by her empathy and understanding. Thank you we are heartbroken but we new it was time to say goodbye and just needed a understanding vet to support us with this decision.

After a sleepless night with a poorly and distressed dog, I was seen very quickly on a Sunday morning. Both the vet and the receptionist were kind and attentive and my concerns at asking for help at a weekend were allayed. Pollyanna was treated with huge care and compassion . I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Our appointment was correct time, only a week earlier than booked, however Meg was seen after a half hour stroll in the park, Meg was given the Librela injection as it was decided she is getting benifit from this treatment, each month will be monitored to enable Ongoing observation.
