Farnham Vets have been nothing short of amazing with our little cat Donut! We were chosen by a cat, and our concerns grew for her on a Sunday evening (everywhere else closed). We called ahead and they checked her for a chip, the following evening I brought her back again to be checked for a chip, and they even gave her a little shave to see if she was spayed so I could give more info when trying to find her owners, with 3 members of staff in there to support us. The practitioners I spoke to were so kind, supportive, and informative. Once we decided she was going to stay with us I joined Donut up to their pet plan, and have had no issues getting appointments at times that suit me for all of her jabs, chipping, spaying. The handover after her spaying was so informative and easy to understand. I had issues today with her pulling her little vest off, and there was someone on hand immediately when I arrived to help me find an alternative. And on top of all this the ladies on reception are absolutely lovely. So glad I chose this practice, from someone who has never had to choose a vet! Thank you 🤩

Lovely staff and great facilities. My dog recently came for a blood test and hydrotherapy. The blood results came back very quickly and Hannah was lovely with him during his hydro. He especially enjoyed all the biscuits from the nurses during his blood test and from reception afterwards.

We've been back and forwards to them ALOT recently with our 2 cats. They are always so helpful and take the time to thoroughly check them over. I've spent many an hour waiting for bandages to be changed, and the reception staff often have me in fits of laughter.

Absolutely fantastic. My cat - ok, my demon-spawn from the deepest pits of hell - has availed himself of all facilities recently over a two-week period, from midnight emergency all the way through to surgery. And he's bitten everybody along the way and now my number seems to be blocked. Odd... All the staff could not have been kind enough and went waaaaay beyond, including trying all other practices for emergency surgery then lovely Lucy rejigged her own busy schedule just for His Fatship's bit of a sore willy. And they tell you comforting stories when you ring at 3am to see how Ikkle Preshus is doing; "happily sedated and snuggled up with his bunny" actually means "despite enough fun meds to floor a rhino he somehow escaped his kennel trailing the IV, have chased him fourteen times round the entire hospital and he's now velcroed to the ceiling spitting ballistic rage and suddenly everyone is too busy to help the night nurse assist the epileptic cactus back to safety. Ours. And we hadn't even opened the door." Dat's ma boy, I am proud. AND he got a Cone of Doooooom and claw-clip for free, can't imagine why. He's turned the cone into an agent of biological warfare and his post-op checks have been carried out from behind safety-glass (and in a bunker) but Fluffikins is restored to normalcy. Ok, lunacy. The Cone has now become a fully evolved life-form so I now have two pets with far too many teeth, an ASBO each and yet another court case pending. I have called it Ethel. AND got the crimbo desecrations sorted: Achievement Unlocked. Thanks all. He's a nutjob but he's my nutjob. You could not have been better. Polly (and Loki Borkface Cholmondeley-Haugh.
