Our female kitten, Nova, was spayed a little while ago and I'm very happy with the treatment and care she received. Good price, especially with being on the healthy pet club. The vets and veterinary nurses were lovely and Nova seems happy with them, cuddling them and purring. She was given sensitive tummy food, painkiller and a onesie to stop her licking the wound. A couple of days later she had a check up and the vet was lovely, giving her a cuddle and was really gentle. Having four cats I've used them as a vet for over ten years and top quality treatment every time. A couple of years ago one of my other cats, Cicero, was very unwell and I phoned as soon as the vets opened and I was given an appointment for straight away. The vet saw him and was really kind to me because I thought he was going to die he was so sick. They treated him and he improved so quickly I could take him home that evening and within 24 hours it was like he'd never been ill. Fantastic vets, easy to get to and lovely staff. Paul Ingate is an excellent vet, he has a very gentle and compassionate nature. My dog has a rare autoimmune condition which Paul has given me good advice to control, maintain her health and keep her happy and comfortable. His care is genuine.
