We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! A beautiful practice, with lovely staff and a very calm feel. Thank you for having us!

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. Wonderful staff, great availability for appointments. Saw us in an emergency and provided immediate care with support and diligence.

At first I wasn't impressed as I had a really sick dog. However once they found the owners name they were brilliant. Can't praise Rebecca enough. So caring and gentle. Thank you for making Beth's last minutes so calming.

The vets are very good and always friendly. They always know how to help your pet and are very understanding. I have attended this branch a few times for same-day appointments when my usual Hilsea branch was too busy. The only reason I give 4 stars is the waiting room. Unlike the waiting room in Hilsea, Emsworth has a small waiting room with no separate area for cats. This is especially troublesome for anxious cats, as there are a lot of dogs in the waiting area. At times, it gets very loud, and some dogs try to get to the cats. 🙄

The Vet has changed ownership recently and the new Vet Archie and team are amazing. He’s both professional but also deeply considerate. Couldn’t ask for someone better to take care of my doggos.

I would highly recommend taking your pets to this practice! Veterinarian Archie and the team are very friendly, warm, and helpful whilst maintaining a professional environment. From guinea pigs to peacocks, they can do it all. We had so many questions as new puppy owners about worming, vaccines, and Dr. Archie was very patient and understanding, helping us with everything. There is no where else we would rather take our dog!

I had a fantastic experience with Archie the vet! All staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend their outstanding service—truly exceptional care!

It’s with a broken heart we lost our rabbit Hagrid last month at 2.5 years old. He had been a poorly rabbit since birth and Antons never failed to find us an emergency appointment and always gave fantastic care. Hagrid had two long admissions with his heat tilt and stasis with multiple surgeries including ear flushes and dentals. The team at Antons always kept us up to date on his progress and recommended the best course of action. There are no words I can find to thank the fabulous team at Antons enough in helping us keep our Hagrid for as long as possible. Thank you.

Sadly my African Grey who was 31 suddenly was very ill, so I took him to a local vet in Portsmouth. They rated this place and we drove all the way from Portsmouth. We came in at reception not having an appointment and they took him straight away to be looked at urgently. The vets who we spoked to and dealt with, were respectful, professional, polite and gave a clear and honest overview of his condition. Sadly it was a very sad day by saying good bye to my mate. But I know you guys tried your very best to save him and he was in safe hands for the last couple of hours of his life and I want to thank you for this.

We take our chameleon here and the staff are amazing and caring. Super helpful and provide advice on how to best look after our little pet. If you have a reptile definitely check Anton vets out.

I came here unregistered in a very stressful time as my cat suddenly took a bad turn. They registered me straight away and saw me immediately. Two days later, unfortunately, we had to come back to put her to sleep. Throughout the whole process, everyone we engaged with was so kind, compassionate and empathetic. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience during an awful time

They helped look after my old and much loved dog Boo after he was diagnosed diabetic. They were also very kind when I had to say goodbye to my boy. They now look after my current two dogs

We are very satisfied with the treatment our 2 dogs have received over the past 5 years at Beeches Vets, Slough, since we moved to this area. This week, sadly, our elderly dog had to be euthanised, and the respect and care shown to him and us was outstanding.

Another fantastic service from Purbrook vets. Made a call this morning as my Frankies ears were playing up and needed his cytopoint injection. Explained I didn't want him to be distressed over the weekend, they were pushed for appointments but said come in half an hour and we will see him. Can always trust Purbrook vets to take care of my boy 💙 Thank you so much 🙂

Geoff is a fantastic, knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST vet and has always given our pets the best care possible. We’ve sadly lost our dog, cat and hamster since using this veterinary practice over the years but they’ve been so caring and gentle right to the very end of our pets lives and always so reassuring. It’s hard to trust vets these days but Geoff and the rest of the team are brilliant at what they do and it’s rare to find a practice like this one. Can’t thank Geoff enough for all of the help, knowledge and care that he’s provided to us as a family over the years with our animals. We would never go anywhere else with our pets.

Very friendly staff, always welcoming and the veterinarians are amazing. Used this place for several years. They have been amazing during my dogs life. They were also very lovely when we had to put out dog to sleep. They sent a sympathy card too which was very much appreciated.
