My cat (Mushky) and I have received first class, professional, empathetic and kind support from everyone who has assisted us through some tough times. Thank you to Ben, Holly and the locum Roy, as well as ALL the staff who work in the premises; you have been incredibly welcoming and I appreciate all the information you provide to an anxious owner.

The vets here always listen intently to my questions and my cat has been very well cared for since we registered with vets at Pet Practice. Can't recommend them enough.

What an amazing experience! This is a gem in the heart of Billingshurst. Parking on site, friendly and brilliant staff that are knowledgeable and were so gentle with our precious fuzz ball and located inside an emporium filled with doggie essentials and far too many treats! Look no further that Pet Practice for all your furry children's needs.

I can not recommend the team here enough. My cat needed surgery but the cost my original vets quoted was something I could not commit tso I felt the best thing would be for me to hand him over to cats protection as this would have been the only way he could get the treatment he needed. This was not an easy decision and it took a lot of phone calls and emails for me to get to that point. I had totally lost hope and was beside myself. Luckily my mum popped into the practise last minute to ask for some advise and they advised they could carry out the surgery and provide the treatment for almost half the price!!!! I couldn't believe it, so I quickly got him registered and booked in. From start to finish the team were amazing and provided the best care for my boy. If it wasn't for Ben and his great team, I would not have my boy with me now, I can't thank them enough.

Pet Practice have been so lovely each and everytime I have visited! I called up concerned about my bunny who wasn’t registered with their practice- 20 mins later I was being seen by a vet. They give you all your options, honest thoughts and there is no pressure put on you. I cannot recommend them and all their staff enough! Thank you
