I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as

However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks
