The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. They work so hard and we hope Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe and the team find time to nurture themselves as they nurture our animals so well. Thank you from Sarah, Phil and of course Bruno

Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for. One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her. In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too. Can’t Highly recommend Sunrise Vets enough.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. My beautiful earth angel Chester stepped onto the rainbow bridge . His journey from puppy to adulthood has been supported by this wonderful Vetinary practice receptionist nurses and doctors . Thank you from the bottom. of my heart for the care shown at all times. Difficult conversations were had and as he stepped over they were compassionate and sensitive to Chester and myself . He has returned home in a beautiful box and lives on in spirit with his forever family. Anyone who has a fur baby that needs to step into the rainbow bridge if you can hold them in your arms and shed your tears for a forever connection xx

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr Nikoleta is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She took time to explain my cat's condition and treatment plans to me.

Ashleigh Vets are just amazing. Everyone cares passionately about the pets and you know you are in the best possible hands. You are always made to feel so welcome and your pets are the most important thing. Nothing is too much trouble and having been to other vets that just see you as something to make money from, it’s so lovely to feel like they are your extended pet family. X

We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

I have been with this amazing practice for 30+ years. The family and staff are just so caring and passionate about all the animals they treat. Today I took my 15 year old Maincoon Marley for dental surgery, Adam explained everything so clearly to me and and kept me updated . All the staff are so lovely , I would like to say a special thanks to Alice and Megan for being so kind, but most of all to Adam for giving me back my little boy safe and well. The Hanson family have always run and amazing practice but thank you Claire for being so lovely 😻

One of the best vets surgeries I’ve used over the years. They really care about the animals they look after. Took good care of our cat for many year. Especially so when he sadly departed this world after years of keeping him happy with a serious illness they correctly diagnosed and treated. And now our little puppy. We know he’s in safe hands when he needs to see the doggy-doc!

Visiting my parents and my dog fell ill, they managed to fit us in late notice. Lovely staff, really looked after my dog, very knowledgeable, didn't overcharge. Couldn't ask for more!

Val and her team have done us proud yet again. From first seeing a lump to successful operation, with histology results, all within two fast weeks. Our Sammy hardly noticed a thing and the old boy is with us for a while longer yet. Cannot thank Val enough.

We took our old boy Charlie in today he was really poorly and had to go over the rainbow bridge val and holly and her amazing team couldn’t of be more supportive they made my ginger boys last moments special thank you so so much i honestly can’t thank you enough im gonna miss my boy loads.

Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing Vets. We were so pleased with the care and treatment our dog Ben received. He is an extremely anxious terrier when it comes to vets, but everyone made Ben feel so welcomed and calmer and he was amazing. He was treated with the utmost care and compassion as if he was their own pet. Every pet that came in was made to feel special. Amazing people. We have only moved to the Wigan area a few months ago, but I am sooo glad we found the right Vetenary Surgery for our Ben. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

I have a Hedgehog Rescue in Hindley (Hindley Hedgehog Help) and everyone one at Vetcare have been lovely. From day 1 they have been friendly, helpful and genuinely caring about hedgehogs, and the work I am doing. Ive been chatting today with other human users of the practice, and they all said the same, that Vetcare are excellent.

Fantastic vets I took my cat kaio for an urgent appointment as he had cut his side. They took him straight away and stitched him back up. The next day the nurse called to see how he was doing. All the staff are very caring and lovely. Thanks for sorting my kaio out💗

I just wanted to pass on a big thank you to the whole admin team on the front desk, I know it’s rare in a service industry to have much other than complaints, especially when you are customer facing, but for this reason along with the fact that all the staff I've dealt with so far are all such a pleasure to deal with I thought it pertinent to highlight with some positive feedback. I changed vets recently and have had 3 visits since, 2 at Hindley and one at Leigh. I wanted to extend thanks to all the staff for their friendly approach, professional manner and over all high level of service. In particular I wanted to thank Bethany, for her friendly, patient and polite manner and all round excellent service, it’s a pleasure to deal with her and all the staff on the phone and over email, thank you for always going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated and makes a sometimes worrying experience much easier to go through. Also many thanks to Gordon (the vet who we went to see yesterday) for his lovely comments on the overall condition and weight of our girls (we have two French Bulldogs and a miniature Dachshund).

We were struggling to find a vet who could provide our dog with an AHC. Medivet did everything, and for half the price of some of the quotes I've seen on socials media. Highly recommended, thank you much.

Can’t say enough good things about medivet Standish, they have seen both my puppies with no issues at all I’ve the past 3 years, not only that when my dads cat (who at the time wasn’t registered at the practice) became ill, they saw her straight away with no hesitation and the care she received in that time was second to non. And today when I have brought my kitten in for the first time the care for her was amazing. These vets really care about your animals and I think the price you pay is fair for the care and service you receive whilst there. No problem is too big or small for them. Will never take my pets anywhere else!

Ideally the cost of a vet & treatment would be gentle on the wallet. With 5 pets we've taken there and the occasional wild animal in need. They have always done a fantastic job.

Just wanted to say what a lovely first experience we have had at Station Veterinary Practice. We took our 11week old puppy here for his second vaccinations and Kyisha and Georgia made the whole experience welcoming and so positive, for both ourselves and our pup. Really happy to have registered with this practice.

As soon as we rescued our cat Tess in 2023, we signed her up to Station House and I am so glad we did. After a couple of abscesses which Station House got us in quickly and got Tess back to full health, she unfortunately got hit by a car. Everybody has been so lovely through the whole situation, giving us so much time, empathy and care and most importantly, I know they have handled our baby Tess in a loving and gentle way. I can’t express my gratitude to all of the staff enough and would recommend this practise wholeheartedly! They have made a very awful time that bit more manageable.
