We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

Friendly, helpful and caring vets. Lots of thought gone into making the environment super cat welcoming. Friendly and helpful vet. Would recommend!

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr Nikoleta is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She took time to explain my cat's condition and treatment plans to me.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Our 3 year old dog Jarvis has been registered here since he was 8 weeks old. The kindest and most caring vets with a real passion for our animals welfare. We are lucky to have Trafford vets.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

Couldn't be more caring, thanks to the vets Kate , Ruth , Pip and Mike who looked after our Mainecoon "Tattiana " and the nurses . I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

Very happy with the service my cats receive here! I've been visiting the clinic for five years and the staff are wonderful. Whenever my cats have been unwell I have always been able to get them the treatment they need quickly and I'm always informed of further tests/treatments that can be done if things don't improve. I get the impression that they care very much about the pets they treat and that they will try everything to get the best outcome. I feel reassured trusting them with my cats health as they have a great understanding of how to properly care for exotic/persian cats. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

Thank you so much to Vets4pets Trafford Park for taking such good care of our 11 month old Rottweiler puppy Reggie. We come back here after a bad experience with another vet and I’m so glad we did. He was loved and looked after from the moment we walked in. Reggie had a severe ear infection causing him great pain and discomfort which required sedation to be treated. He’s never been left without me before but he was happy to trot off with the vet without a care in the world! The vet’s information me of what was needed and costs before hand, they called me during to advise of a treatment they can put in his ear so he wouldn’t need drops after to make sure I was happy to go ahead and they even called me after he was home to see how he was getting on. I absolutely can not fault their care and compassion at all. And most importantly just 3 days after his little procedure his ear is looking so much better, he’s not hurting or crying and scratching it now and it’s not smelly anymore. The redness and swelling has come right down and he’s already back to his usual cheeky self. Thank you again to all the team who took care of my little man. I would recommend for anyone looking for a vet with your pets best interest at heart and not just interested in making money.

Fantastic team, we felt cared for, supported and above all our beautiful boy Max were looked after right till his last breath. Losing Max were one of the hardest days of my life, he was family, but this amazing team took away the stresses and dealt with everything. Thank you so much. All great staff, but Alex truly cared for our Max and for that I will be eternally grateful. ❤️

Absolutely amazing vets, nurses and reception staff at vets4pets Urmston, have all 3 of my cats registered here with their care plan, one of my cats is epileptic, one is blind and the other 1 just had neutured, treat all my cats with love and respect that I would when they are home with me, my cats health and quality of life has improved greatly since I signed up to the vets here they actual care for the animals and are so approachable and can call up with any questions or concerns and they will always go out of their way to help me and inform me, never had any issues, my youngest kitten Henry has just been neutured there and has made such quick recovery and healing brilliantly, would be so lost without these guys here at Urmston store, thank you so much for all you do ❤️ it's greatly appreciated
