Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Fantastic vets, from the vets themselves to the support staff. Our puppy, Perry, is around 5 months old and they look after him so well. They remember his name and they help encourage him to the point where he enjoys going to the vets now because the staff are fantastic with him. They cannot do enough for you and your pet, providing end-to-end care for him, and are always willing to offer advice on him specifically and his breed. Their pet plans are also extensive but yet so affordable! Cannot recommend them enough, they're a wonderful support.

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

We moved to the area around a year ago, and had to find a vet urgently as our dog had some sort of seizure. They got us in and registered quickly and we've been with Hellen since. Last week our dog had to be put down due to old age and complications. Hellen arranged it all with amazing compassion. This was done with the utmost respect to our dog and to us. I highly recommend this vets, and especially Hellen. The reception team has always been helpful and the whole experience with them has been really good.

Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.

We’ve just brought in our senior cat, Tigga, and had an excellent experience. The Vet was lovely and has Tig’s best interests at heart, she also explained different options and the treatment process (Very helpful because I’m autistic). The receptionists were lovely too and got me registered and with an appointment 🐈 Thank you so much. Hugely recommend.

Visited today for the first time with my puppy from start to finish the service was excellent my puppy was at ease with his vaccination which I was worried about the lady vet called Reem was very professional and gave me lots of advice and was a lovely lady very pleased with our first visit

Very happy with how they treated our dog, he's a cavapoo puppy, 5mths old and due to infections never been well enough to have his vaccinations due to the medication he's been taking, so he's never met anyone outside our family before. The vets and nurses kept him calm and really made a fuss over him (keeping him calm) we were worried, (after numerous visits) he'd be scared of going in, but we've noticed he loves going to see the staff there because of all the attention he gets, good prices, lovely staff, highly recommended. I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.

Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!
