This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

Thank you so much for looking after Mabel today for her op. Lovely caring team and service. Thank you to Daniel, he really knows what he's talking about and really cares for the pets he sees. I totally trusted Mabel with him today and I don't trust very many people with her. We have been using Southfields for all of our pets over the years and they have always been so caring and friendly, so thank you from all of them past and present.

My spaniel had to be admitted for a couple of days as he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and was very poorly. All the staff were very professional and I was kept upto date with the situation very well. At discharge, the nurse spent time talking us through everything and teaching us how to administer injections. I cannot thank all the staff enough for the care they gave to Woody. He is now in a much better place than when he was admitted. Here he is with his sister keeping an eye on his progress 🐾🐾

Our gorgeous girl Pacha was horrendously attacked by another dog last Sunday and was at pet medics for 4 nights - which included a operation and 24 hour care , I cannot thank pet medics enough and I am so happy we went here as I had constant reassurance, the clinic was very clean, the staff loved her and everyone was so informative to all the questions I had. Special thankyou to Ruth & Ben the brilliant vets, Chloe on reception who I spoke to most of the time and always reassured me & Andrew most of all who made me feel so at ease and performed her surgery! I am so great full for you all, Jenna, Jack & baby Pacha 💗

PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

my cat passed away and was brought to pet medics by a member of the public, when i arrived to see if it was my cat all the staff were lovely, kind, and considerate. they took the time to make sure it was my cat, and talked me through different options i had with what i wanted to do next with him, at no point did i feel unsure about what i had to do, and every member of staff was really kind to him and looked after him as if he was one of their own cats. they gave me as much time as i needed with him in their farewell room and didn’t pressure me to leave and let me have as much time as possible. A few days later they sent me a condolence card with my cats paw prints inside which i appreciate so much. also saw members of staff interacting with other customers and answering any questions they had regarding their own pets, the place had a nice atmosphere and didn’t feel like some other vets do. thank you again to all the staff at pet medics.

Every single member of the team are just lovely, super friendly. They are so caring with my dog Maddie, who is very timid. I can’t recommend the team enough, by far the best vet ‘team’ I’ve experienced in her 14 years. Thank you 🙏🏻

All staff are lovely and friendly. They are very accommodating and genuinely care for pets health and wellbeing. There is a separate waiting area for cats and dogs, which is so thoughtful and helpful for reducing pets stress. They answered all my questions and provided me with useful advice. Definitely recommend Medivet. You get reminders of when vaccines, parasite treatment and health check ups are due helping to keep on top of pets health.

The friendliness, thoughtfulness and care of the staff are appreciated so much. My dog Hank actually likes going to see all his friends at the practice and they have kept him alive when twice the situation could’ve been very different. Would recommend. Best vets practice we’ve ever used in 30 years of owning animals.

Firstly a massive massive thanks to all the staff at Buchananvets ,Baguley, for the very speedy help and care you delivered to my Cat Yoshi yesterday!! Although he couldn't be saved as he had been knocked down, early yesterday morning, after calling in in an emergency you guys took over and went to aid him straight away, and did everything you could !! I would like to thank all the people who helped my beautiful betsy get her wings its 3 moths since she passed over the rainbow and it still hurts but the ladies were absolutley brilliant with her and passed away with dignity also they were very very helpful with the after care so thanks ladies a credit to your job from andy and betsy xx

Called into the vets with my dog very worried I was welcomed with a smile. Didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. She handled my baby with care and treated her and fingers crossed it’s like a miracle has happened. Thank you so much highly recommend fantastic vets.

Absolutely amazing service. When I called to explain how poorly our little Harry was the young lady fitted me in in-between appointments. Martin the Vet was superb, he explained in great detail what the situation was and was very real, his advice and treatment SAVED OUR HARRY’S LIFE, we will be forever grateful for your time, advice, treatment and understanding, you helped us make the right decision, i can’t thank you enough. Within an hour Harry was fighting fit, 24 hours later he is back to his normal self. Bonny even took time out the next day to call and make sure everything was ok, excellent service all round from start to finish. We have been with Mount Rd Vets for years and would highly recommend. My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic. We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

The vets here are caring and knowledgeable, they always treat my pets as if they are their own. The staff are so friendly and easy to interact with. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We had to visit MiNightVet yesterday as our elderly dog had taken a turn for the worse. We unfortunately made the decision to euthanise our boy but the vet who saw us, Georgie, was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate and took the time to not only explain things to four very distressed people but gave us all the time we needed to deal with the situation in front of us. The veterinary nurses and reception staff were also very compassionate. Thank you for making a very difficult evening that little bit easier for us.

Had to call psda Manchester to find an emergency vet for my boy Casper (17 y/o pomeranian cross chihuahua), this is where i took him, unfortunately he wasl too poorly to be saved and i had to make the decision to have him put to sleep, this was Tuesday 8/8/23 at about 2am. the vets were very caring, friendly, compassionate and proffesional. Gave me time with him and explained what they were doing while putting him to rest, before checking his heart and confirming he had passed, he went very quickly and peacefully, i am glad i asked for a sedative for him before hand, then we were able to spend a little time with him after before he was collected. I was comforted when i received his paw prints in a lovely card and a little of his fur with some forget me nott seeds! (I did request the paw prints and fur) My only shock was the cost of the traditional casket at £260!, but its a decision you have you have to make at that moment. My last little dog of the same breed, her casket was about £90 for the same little box. in peace baby boy. Thankyou to the staff who helped me and my lad.

My puppy was hit in his eye area during play. I called this place for an emergency appointment because they were listed as my regular vet's preferred partner for emergencies. In 5 minutes I was registered and given directions. When I arrived, the receptionist was attentive and was clearly expecting me. I didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes before I was seen by Angelika and her team, who were very welcoming and attentive. Judging by my puppy's reaction he clearly took a liking to her! It was a pleasant surprise that I was charged significantly less than the amount that was quoted on the phone, but that might be because I went during "day hours".

My vets had suggested I take our pet cat whiskers to the emergency vets, we rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could and no appointment was needed. They kept us well informed with how whiskers was doing and unfortunately we had to put her down. They gave us plenty of time in the family room with her and let us know our options and what to do next. The vet that delt with us was very kind, understanding and helpful. I have just gotten home to a card from them aswell which is so thoughtful and means a lot to me and my daughter.
