Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Amazing work these people do. I would have been lost without the rspca at times!! So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. We post alot of reviews on Google and we have over 28,000,000+ Views and we always give our honest thoughts and opinions on our experiences and while we are on our travels, We review service, customer service, food, drink, value for money, beach clubs, flights, restaurants, bars, flights, accommodation, beauty treatments, coffee shops, cafes, Airbnbs etc.

Got a quote from Vets4pets to have my Dog Poppy's teeth cleaned and 2 teeth removed quoting just under £1000 😲 contacted John at Abbywood vets and after a consultation and then returning a few days later to have her teeth cleaned and 2 teeth removed only charged, £540. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

John was so helpful, was able to see my dog really quickly who was struggling with anal gland issues and my registered vet was closed despite saying open online. Reasonably priced too which was a shock for a vets! Will 100% contact John before my own vets going forward in case he can help.

John is very diligent and apply fair prices in the context of overcharging being a common practice unfortunately… I have moved away but still travels to Abbeywood Vets for emergencies, rather than going to an unknown corporate hospital my new vet is recommending. John knows my dog and is always there when need be. He has the pet’s interest in mind. Really recommend his services.

We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

The vets here are caring and knowledgeable, they always treat my pets as if they are their own. The staff are so friendly and easy to interact with. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

Our beautiful 10 year old german shepherd passed away Monday night. She had been under the care of here since being a puppy. In 2018 we found out she had a condition that would be life long. We were supported the whole way through this. She was an anxious dog that had nervous aggression and the vets were always accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we could do what was best for our dog. Special mention to Dermot for all his help over the years and to Chelsea who was involved in the last months of tess’s life. You treated her with such compassion and always put her well being first. We received a card this afternoon from Chelsea and the team who sent their condolences. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This is really hard for us. She meant everything to us but I can say I know she got the best care and her well being was always top priority. Love Becky and lee faulkner

I’ve been with Regans Vets for 15yrs and found everyone of the vets caring and professional but most importantly very engaging with pets and owners. Everyone complains about vet fees but when you think about years of training and dedication in the field of vets and animal health it’s understandable but you do have options to use other vets and go online with prescriptions. I owe my vets especially Chelsea and Dermot from the Avenue vets for there care and compassion my pets and ourself have received. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I got charged £85 for ear drops and 11 tablets I found the ear drops on Amozon for £16 and the tablets on vets 24/7 for £10.56 with a prescription from the vet talk about being ripped of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Amazing practice, professional vets who genuinely care for your pet, explain everything in a way non-vet people understand and all the staff are kind and friendly and help to make what can be a traumatic experience for both pet and owner a lot calmer! There's also a little car park, which is so helpful being on a busy main road, and a separate dog and cat waiting area, fantastic for nervous scaredy cats who don't enjoy vets or dogs. I would definitely recommend this practice as staff who care for the pet and the parent!

Genuinely lovely people. Have done an amazing job with my very poorly puppy, despite her biting everyone in the world! She's doing amazingly now. She thinks she's a total celebrity when we go to the vet.

Had to call to confirm Casper’s prescription details today. As always nothing was too much trouble. Dealt with Chloe who went above and beyond to sort things out. The staff are all so compassionate and dedicated to our “boxer boys” Casper and Paddy. We could note ask for better care and support no matter how big or small the problem. After moving house and changing vets they found a heart murmur which needed immediate treatment. We were referred to Woodcroft for this, I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on Google but I needn’t have been. Our appointment was with Zuzi and she explained everything in detail and took excellent care of teddy. She rang with updates and has stayed in touch to see how he is getting on. Excellent service and would recommend. Yes it’s very expensive but that’s the same across the board for most veterinary services.

Had an emergency with our Cocker Spaniel Bella last night, (22nd December) she was chocking on a chewy stick. In the car we thought we were losing her. I cannot tell you the panic we had. We were met with 3 lovely, calm members of staff who saw to Bella immediately and knew exactly what to do. Within a few minutes Bella was back to her normal, happy self. I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for saving our girl . Our family, including Bella wish you all a wonderful Christmas. 🐾🐾❤️

I have had to bring two of my dogs here for specialist treatment and the care and compassion from everyone was amazing. Alex is doing a great job of looking after our dog Maisy. I know she has her best interests at heart and will help her as much as she can. It’s so reassuring when your pet is unwell that there are people who will go above and beyond to help them.
