Couldn’t recommend Old Courts enough after my dog’s tail surgery. All the staff have been fantastic with my dog, so caring, patient and supportive! A special mention to Becky who has been fabulous!

A big thank you for offering us a same day appointment for Jack when I phoned concerned about him. Also a massive thank you to Marek the vet who took the trouble to phone us at 7.15pm in the evening when I’m sure his shift had finished to give us Jacks results. Jack’s prescription was ready to collect at 9am the following day. I honestly don’t think you can improve on that and we thank you so much. 😊

This was our first visit to Old Court Veterinary Centre 15.10.2024. They were fantastic and Charlie was a caring and thorough vet. She took time to explain all the options to help our ill Birman cat and even offered to squeeze us in the next day as an emergency if the first treatment didn't work. The prices were reasonable and I can only highly recommend Charlie and her team, and the reception staff.

A big thank you to the young lady on Reception yesterday. So nice to engage with someone caring and helpful, and who actually understands just what Customer Service means.
