The service was excellent. Jacob always goes out of his way to make the experience for Shadow as stress free as possible. I always ask to see Jacob when booking an appointment. Five stars.

My wife and I took our cross breed dog to Grazely Vets for the first time yesterday. We were give a warm welcome. The vet we saw, Emma, took a while building a relationship with our dog before giving him a thorough examination. She also gave him his annual jabs. The whole event was very professional and we felt we could trust Emma. She discussed various aspects of our dog with us. A careful record was made of all that transpired. We will certainly be using this vet in future.

I have been with Grazely for many years and have given a five star rating because I have always received good treatment for my animals; however I was upset when my cat, Marley, had to be put to sleep and only the receptionist at the time expressed sympathy. One of the vets who had been treating him, I thought would have sent a message. So that was upsetting. But apart from that, I think the surgery is excellent.

We’ve been using Grazeley Vets for 8 years and have had 3 major surgeries for our dog in that time and numerous other trips. They’ve always been professional, helpful and compassionate. I also wanted to mention the lovely lady who answers the phones on reception. Always remembering Milly either on the phone or face to face and always making a welcome fuss of Milly.
