Probably best to ask our brand new golden labrador puppy he was the one who had his first injection. Seriously the staff were very professional, answering all our questions clearly and precisely. We felt Charlie was in great hands.

I can't thank this team of professionals enough, I needed my lovely dog to have her annual vaccinations and flea and worm treatment and the cost at our previous vets was so much but after speaking to Animates they were able to do this for me using a health care plan which worked for me so I could spread the cost with one monthy payment. I had a bad experience with my previous vet and dog so have always been very wary of vets ever since, but I took my current dog today to Animates Market Deeping and the vet I saw was absolutely brilliant, she did a thorough examination and explained everything clearly and she then went through options that I could take. Not once did I feel she was trying to put me under pressure to make a decision on the spot. Some vets are just there to make money but these guys still have the real care factor, highly recommend them.
