An outstanding team with sincere care, respect and knowledge in what they clearly love to do. Everyone you interact with is very supportive, kind and professional. We first met Sasha and Karen who are both very welcoming and friendly. On the actual appointment day for a spay procedure, Sasha was very comforting and Melody was very reassuring, informing us of every detail, expectation, advice and what to do in case of any emergency. The practice contact you after the procedure and update you on how your beloved fur-family member is doing. Upon collection, Melody let us know that she fed our cat after her procedure and brushed her (and that she really liked it). This was so comforting to know and greatly appreciated. When we returned for a follow up appointment, Laura was also very gentle, patient and friendly. The practice truly cannot be thanked enough for their care to their animal clients and the respect they give to them. A precious team, practice and a true community gem. The staff at Medi vet I really nice and friendly and they look after my Luna who is a Jack Russell cross Chihuahua very well and they also look after my cat Buffy and my African grey parrot Cassie
