I can not thank Maxine Keith and their team enough for what they have done for myself and my girl🥰 6 beautiful babies all born via c-section all healthy chunky and thriving 😍 Maxine looks after me like I’m her own ( and all the staff) which makes me feel so comfortable and welcome. I have never been to a place where you feel so at home❤️ my girl was looked after like she was their own and she loves all the staff so much,I would 1000% recommend copper beech vets to absolutely anybody!! You’re animals will be treated and looked after like they should🩷🩵 Maxine,Keith and The team thank you all so much again for everything you have done,you definitely make friends for life with these guys❤️❤️❤️ Love you all see you soon 🧡🧡xxxxx

Wow what can I say but a massive thank you to the members of this wonderful Vets. From walking in this morning for the very first time clearly very upset I was instantly put at ease by the lovely girls behind the desk Sammi & Maxine. After taking Pebbles my cat ln to see Keith (the vet) for a second opinion I was totally blown away after being told by another local vet my cat needed an operation but Keith diagnosed her with something completely different and no operation needed at all, and certainly not at a cost of a £1000! so from last night with the family in tears in fear we could lose our beloved family cat to today having happy tears that she doesn't have to have any sort of surgery. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts and I will 100% be recommending you all to all my family & friends 💕😻🐾🐾🐾

By far the best veterinarian surgery in the country with the most amazing staff and customer care I have ever had the experience of being privileged to have had access too and there have been many to compare throughout my life as a multiple doggy household. Copper Beech are an absolute fantastic vet. They really care about the animals and they are so reasonably priced. They help the rescue I work with, they see all our rescue dogs when needed, and they are brilliant with each and every one of our dogs. Some of whom, are not very happy at the vets! Keith is brilliant, he knows exactly how to handle a dog who is being a bit feisty shall we say, and he is very thorough in his examinations. He can be blunt and straight to the point, but that's exactly what is needed, especially when dealing with an animals health. He knows his stuff! Maxine is so lovely, she loves all our rescue dogs and always asks how they're doing after they have been in. They really are a wonderful vet surgery. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are so welcoming and lovely, all the staff are so nice and they love seeing our rescue dogs. Even the feral ones 😂 thank you Copper Beech for everything you do for our rescue dogs. You're all absolutely fantastic ❤️

Our first experience at Copper Beech Vets was lovely. ❤️ They happily accepted us as a last minute appointment as our dog Jinx needed an irritated bump removed. Both me and my mum were nervous for her but the staff quickly put us and Jinx at ease. Welcoming staff, clear explanations and not at a wild price either. After a few hours with the vet, Jinx is now at home resting after being pampered by staff. Thank you very much! Absolutely recommend! ❤️🐾

Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Thank you so much for helping him!

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

New to the area, and needed to find a vets to support my cats health. After registering online, and booking an appointment, I was worried I would need to wait a week as per the booking system. I called to veterinary and spoke to the reception who were very warm and welcoming, I explained my cat’s symptoms, thankfully they managed to book an appointment for the same day. On arrival all staff were super friendly, and I walked away reassured my cat had received the best care. Would highly recommend this practise.

Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

I totally trusted Mabel with him today and I don't trust very many people with her. The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻
