Wow what can I say but a massive thank you to the members of this wonderful Vets. From walking in this morning for the very first time clearly very upset I was instantly put at ease by the lovely girls behind the desk Sammi & Maxine. After taking Pebbles my cat ln to see Keith (the vet) for a second opinion I was totally blown away after being told by another local vet my cat needed an operation but Keith diagnosed her with something completely different and no operation needed at all, and certainly not at a cost of a £1000! so from last night with the family in tears in fear we could lose our beloved family cat to today having happy tears that she doesn't have to have any sort of surgery. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts and I will 100% be recommending you all to all my family & friends 💕😻🐾🐾🐾

Our first experience at Copper Beech Vets was lovely. ❤️ They happily accepted us as a last minute appointment as our dog Jinx needed an irritated bump removed. Both me and my mum were nervous for her but the staff quickly put us and Jinx at ease. Welcoming staff, clear explanations and not at a wild price either. After a few hours with the vet, Jinx is now at home resting after being pampered by staff. Thank you very much! Absolutely recommend! ❤️🐾

I can not thank Maxine Keith and their team enough for what they have done for myself and my girl🥰 6 beautiful babies all born via c-section all healthy chunky and thriving 😍 Maxine looks after me like I’m her own ( and all the staff) which makes me feel so comfortable and welcome. I have never been to a place where you feel so at home❤️ my girl was looked after like she was their own and she loves all the staff so much,I would 1000% recommend copper beech vets to absolutely anybody!! By far the best veterinarian surgery in the country with the most amazing staff and customer care I have ever had the experience of being privileged to have had access too and there have been many to compare throughout my life as a multiple doggy household. Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Great service, we’re able to top up my new puppy’s vaccinations without question. I’ve moved to this vet for both dogs now, as my previous vet (park vet, run by CVC) wanted to restart the vaccination program which just sounded really dodgy to me. They also offer a cheaper pet club subscription. I’m looking forward to improved care for my two doggies!

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

Quick and friendly service. First time visit for vaccination of cat. Cost seemed reasonable for vet treatment. Just been to get cat tested following issues with health. Excellent treatment.

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Perfect service at such a difficult time for us

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.
