Thank you so much to Laura who has taken the most wonderful care of our pony who had an accident. She has been so knowledgeable and reassuring, but most importantly caring and beyond patient, taking the time to build a relationship with me our pony and (despite her resistance 🤦🏼‍♀️😂). We are so grateful. All the girls who answer the phone are absolutely lovely as well, especially Heather. They remember you and ask how things are. So lovely to have such caring personable service. Highly recommend.

Have been using this vets for a year now and have cannot fault them. What I really like is the organisation and management of the practice. I'm a super busy professional and parent and so the punctuality of the vets, and updates on arrival times are mega helpful and better than any other vet I've come across. The office staff are always friendly and helpful on the phone. I also love the locality free call out days for budget saving. Also find them very reasonable and open to discussion on best management of issues. Finally I accidentally left my keys in Georgia's tray and she drove away with them and the whole practice and Georgia were so so helpful at getting them back to me, an example of very good service. Great vets. Don't hesitate to register.
