Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Excellent service with no complaints. Easy to book an appointment, efficient treatment, and friendly staff. I also love how clean, bright and fresh everything looks, and it smells clean too!

Can’t say enough good things about medivet Standish, they have seen both my puppies with no issues at all I’ve the past 3 years, not only that when my dads cat (who at the time wasn’t registered at the practice) became ill, they saw her straight away with no hesitation and the care she received in that time was second to non. And today when I have brought my kitten in for the first time the care for her was amazing. These vets really care about your animals and I think the price you pay is fair for the care and service you receive whilst there. No problem is too big or small for them. Will never take my pets anywhere else!

Ideally the cost of a vet & treatment would be gentle on the wallet. With 5 pets we've taken there and the occasional wild animal in need. They have always done a fantastic job.

Staff are friendly however consultation rooms are small for larger breeds and consultations are done on the floor would be great if they had a lifting table. Sometimes it seems price takes precedence over the right course of treatment for the animal. I understand this may be procedure but can be a little off putting when you just want whats right for your pet regardless of the cost, may be a better way to approach this

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

Ashleigh Vets are just amazing. Everyone cares passionately about the pets and you know you are in the best possible hands. You are always made to feel so welcome and your pets are the most important thing. Nothing is too much trouble and having been to other vets that just see you as something to make money from, it’s so lovely to feel like they are your extended pet family. X

Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for. One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her. In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too. Can’t Highly recommend Sunrise Vets enough.

We moved to Sunrise thanks to a recommendation from a friend, wish we had done it years ago. All the staff are very friendly and you feel like your doggo is gettng the attention they deserve, he even happily trots in to the practice, which was unheard of in our previous vets.

The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. What an amazing Vets. We were so pleased with the care and treatment our dog Ben received. He is an extremely anxious terrier when it comes to vets, but everyone made Ben feel so welcomed and calmer and he was amazing. He was treated with the utmost care and compassion as if he was their own pet. Every pet that came in was made to feel special. Amazing people. We have only moved to the Wigan area a few months ago, but I am sooo glad we found the right Vetenary Surgery for our Ben. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

I just wanted to pass on a big thank you to the whole admin team on the front desk, I know it’s rare in a service industry to have much other than complaints, especially when you are customer facing, but for this reason along with the fact that all the staff I've dealt with so far are all such a pleasure to deal with I thought it pertinent to highlight with some positive feedback. I changed vets recently and have had 3 visits since, 2 at Hindley and one at Leigh. I wanted to extend thanks to all the staff for their friendly approach, professional manner and over all high level of service. In particular I wanted to thank Bethany, for her friendly, patient and polite manner and all round excellent service, it’s a pleasure to deal with her and all the staff on the phone and over email, thank you for always going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated and makes a sometimes worrying experience much easier to go through. Also many thanks to Gordon (the vet who we went to see yesterday) for his lovely comments on the overall condition and weight of our girls (we have two French Bulldogs and a miniature Dachshund).

Fantastic vets I took my cat kaio for an urgent appointment as he had cut his side. They took him straight away and stitched him back up. The next day the nurse called to see how he was doing. All the staff are very caring and lovely. Thanks for sorting my kaio out💗

I have a Hedgehog Rescue in Hindley (Hindley Hedgehog Help) and everyone one at Vetcare have been lovely. From day 1 they have been friendly, helpful and genuinely caring about hedgehogs, and the work I am doing. Ive been chatting today with other human users of the practice, and they all said the same, that Vetcare are excellent.

I had an excellent experience at Skelmersdale Veterinary Practice today with my puppy, Oreo. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make Oreo feel comfortable and explained everything clearly during her vaccinations. It was clear they genuinely care about their furry patients. Highly recommend this practice for attentive and compassionate care!

This is easily the best vet in the area, we brought two very vocal 4 month old puppies in today for their 3rd visit. Different vet today (male) but every bit as compassionate and thorough. We wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We've used Armac for over 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Gus and his team are amazing, our boy has had two cruciate operations and is now on permanent medication for heart failure, we will always be grateful for their dedication and care of cookie.

Visited Armac for puppy vaccination vet was very thorough in his examination of pup and took his time to make the pups first experience of the practise a good one . Reception staff also very friendly

A lovely warm, friendly, caring atmosphere. All the staff are totally customer focused and very caring. My cat is never anxious about going to the vet. The best by far! Great place to take the little ones for a checkup and vaccines etc. Plenty of parking available. Nice and clean with spacious examination rooms. Staff are friendly and polite.

I have been bringing my pets to this practice for over 40 years and have always had an excellent experience. I consider myself lucky to have a trusted practice caring for my animals.

I have used Gilmore vets for 30 years and I have never been disappointed. I know I can trust them to give my pet the best care. They have always explained any treatment required and shown empathy when treatment no longer is an option, even to the point of sending a sympathy card on the loss of my pet. I highly recommend Gilmore Veterinary Practice.

These are lovely people and they've looked after my precious misty and have made her life so much better by seeing her teeth were rotted. She used to bite me bless her, guess she was in pain but not now...here she is, fast asleep in bed with me. She's my lil rescue.cat and is lovely.... thank you vets for pets, you have helped my lil girl so much xx
