After replacing my bay windows, I needed to replace the lead flashing and canopy. I contacted several so-called specialist companies who either did not turn up or were not interested in undertaking the work. One independent said he could do the job (August 2024) then he said he had a holiday and made excuse after excuse and then gave me a date (Jan 2025)! So, what has this got to do with a review for Roofserve, they simply are not like this and are very professional. I contacted Roofserve and very quickly a site visit was arranged so an exact price could be calculated. The surveyor arrived exactly on time and used a high-tech camera to take pictures of the condition of the original lead work. He explained everything very clearly and said a quote would be available in a couple of days. The quote duly arrived and I accepted and made arrangements for the work to be completed (Sept 2024). Geof and Kev arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a very professional way. They were happy to answer any questions, and cleaned up the work area when they had completed the work. The standard of the work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofserve and in particular Geof and Kev.

Andy and the team at Roofserve was so helpful when a previous contractor had fitted traditional wooden guttering incorrectly and caused damage to our roof. Andy came to assess the situation within hours and the work was booked in promptly. The whole team were highly professional from start to finish and did a very thorough job. I wish I’d known about Roofserve earlier - I’d would have saved us so much stress and money! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again.

Highly recommend ! We had our dormer roof replaced early September 2023. From the quote to after service this company delivered a professional and courteous service . They honoured all dates agreed and the work is to a high standard . The office staff were extremely helpful and responsive . The lads who worked on the roof were brilliant and worked hard over two days in very hot temperatures . They cleaned up after the job and answered any questions we had along the way .
