Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.

I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. Ian was brilliant from beginning to end so polite and friendly and punctual nothing is to much trouble. Our roof is only 4 years old but the original roofers had made a mess on the front part using the wrong valley boards the roof was leaking and we had boards they’d used that was rotting and thick mould, Ian even took pictures of the work so he could show us all the work along the way he showed us the original roofers had not even insulated over 4ft the work is fantastic and he guarantees his work for 5 years and our top floor room is so much warmer we are over the moon we highly recommend.

What an excellent roofer and a really nice man.Such a hard worker. He cleared the front of my roof of moss for 2 hours and it looks very good. He repointed my chimney despite a load of disapproving wasps flying at him. His prices are very reasonable and I would use him again and recommend him for any roofing work.

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

Had to use Dave and Matt at very short notice as we had some substantial damage to our garage and house roof after the recent bad weather. Dave arrived very promptly, supplied a very competitive quote and undertook the initial house roof work with Matt almost straight away as the roof was leaking. They then returned promptly to fix the garage roof and I can highly recommend them both, a great pair of lads and great work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use again if needed.

just had the burrows team round for a mastic asphalt roof terrace on my new build house, I am extremely happy with finish of the roof! I was also very pleased with how tidy the lads that were for the two days, not a single thing for me to tidy up once they had done! 10/10 would recommend

I live in a victorian terrace property and for months I have suffered with a severe damp issue coming from my subfloor causing a earthy soil smell. The rest of the floor which is rock asphalt is in good condition but the damaged section of the floor had old gypsum plaster in places over the original stone tiles which needed a small patch repair in 3 sections. After having no success in finding a specialist closer to home to help me I came across FC Burrow Ltd on the Internet. Within 1 week of receiving and accepting my written quote the team visited my property and laid mastic asphalt over the damaged sections. The lads were amazing and carried out a professional job to my floor which took 2 hours. My house feels like a different home now. The team were very polite, hardworking and made conversation with me, decent guys who worked very hard. They respected my property. For months I've been without any floor coverings and had to stay with family because of the damp floor. I am very particularly and usually leave a one or two star with other companies but I have to give this company a five star because I am impressed with the workmanship 10/10 👍 I am so happy and relieved I have my home back.
