Highly responsive from start to finish and great communication. Also a website with details of everything they do. Both these qualities are so rare to see, it feels so comforting to deal with excellent Staff who are super friendly and clearly showed what fault I had with pictures and video's before and after and walked me through the equipment and materials they were using for the fix. Such a great experience definitely recommend

Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! No more stress over leaks and no more noise from rattling side tiles, cheers.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Jason and his team were fantastic! He turned up when he said he would, provided a quote when he said he would (which sadly, isn't normal these days) and completed the work to a very high standard with no mess to clean up afterwards. What also impressed me, he took photographs throughout the installation showing what they had done (as you cant see it afterwards). We noticed our neighbours were having some new edging put on their property, so we spoke to the team at JPC and he managed to fit us in straight after he completed our neighbours - what fantastic service! Communication was excellent and the team were very professional and explained all aspects thoroughly. We had new edging around our roof and above our windows. Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Needed a whole new roof on my house including my dormer fixing as it was full of leaks that were getting worse by the minute. Peter and his team where friendly and reliable, scaffolding was up nice and quick, the job was completed in just a few days and it looks great.

Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. I contacted John for a quote for some roof work. He talked to me, reassured me and calmed me down as I was panicking. He talked me through what the issues could be and even agreed to look at some photos. He gave me the best advice, was very professional and supportive. He did not try and charge me for a job that did not need doing. It was condensation issues not a leak! I am so glad I contacted him. The issues have been resolved, thankfully.

I contacted John yesterday when I had water leaking into my bedroom which I suspected to be from the gutter, which was damaged. He came out today and sorted it there and then. He was really friendly, explained everything that he was doing and very reasonably priced. The guttering now looks miles better and repaired properly. John was very responsive and happy to work on a small job to fix some pointing and felting on our flat roof extension. He was able to let me know when he'd be able to do the job and provided a very reasonable quote for a few hours of work.

We had a problem with water dripping from our ceiling room close to window, when raining. John took this job promptly and he kindly cleared all gutters which were full of debris and moss. He also sealed a small part arround gutter to prevent further water leaking. Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

The day after moving house in November 2023, we discovered that our garage flat roof leaked. After researching on-line for a reputable roofing company, I was as confident as I could be that DPR Roofing were well worth requesting a no obligation condition report and quote from - both for my garage and other flat roofs forming part of the main house. The survey was very friendly and professional and followed up with a detailed report including photographs, customer recommendations, and a comprehensive condition report with recommended treatments (and costs), bespoke to each flat roof area. All good roofing companies should by reputation be 'busy' and I took it to be a positive sign that DPR roofing provided me with a start date that meant waiting 2-3 months before the works could be carried out. During the schedule of works, the roofing team were courteous and hard working, and were patient with the weather. To ensure a good quality job, the team were patient during the interruptions caused by inclement weather, giving me confidence that the work carried out will ensure good condition trouble free flat roofs for years to come. Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. Alex provided an excellent service at a fair price when we needed gutters clearing as part of a house sale. He also gave excellent advice and a competitive quote to install vents which would resolve a long standing issue with condensation between the loft space and upstairs bedrooms. We were able to pass on Alex's quote to the new buyers with confidence.

I had a leak into my roof which other roofers had failed to locate and resolve. Alex spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to locate and research what the problem could be. He came back to the house to help at very short notice and was the only person who managed to fix the problem. James and Jordan have done a great job in doing a full roof replacement for us. They worked really hard and managed to get the job done in less than 2 weeks. They also were very tidy in how they worked and took a lot of pride in doing a good job for us. Very impressive.

James did a great job on the roof. 1 Belmont road, Calcutt. Reused most of the slate tiles. Filled the old attic with insulation, replaced the old facias & gutters. Also replaced an aging felt roof. James did a thorough job and left everything neat & tidy. Fitted us in as the scaffolding was time limited. Overall very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for roofing.

James recently replaced our whole roof and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and advised what was needed- new felt, insulation and replacing gutters etc and did the job. It was a particularly rainy week when he was due however this didn't deter him from getting the job done, ensuring our roof was watertight before the heavy rain started. We recently had Connor Roofing do a full re roof project for us. The job was extensive, including adding felt, full insulation, reusing/sourcing refurbished slate tiles, and addressing various other issues, including chimney pointing. Danny came out to fix a few tiles back into place, he even fitted some new ones that were missing, all in the really cold, miserable weather just before Christmas 2018 and only charged what he had quoted originally.
