After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price.
