We had a nightmare start to the Christmas holidays with a roof leak that had spread across 2 levels. Nicholas responded to my query on Christmas Eve and provide some more info across the next few days to manage the situation. Came out, did the work that needed to be done and it's stopped the leak. Couldn't recommend a more professional and prompt service, thanks SRG!

Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicholas visited the property and provided a reasonable quote promptly and then went to great lengths to source the exact same products so they would match what was already fitted. Work was booked in and was completed in a day. No mess and a job really well done! Highly recommended and will use again for any roof issues we might have in the future!

We needed a new roof on our house and we spent a good view weeks looking at different companies and getting different quotes. Nicholas at surrey roofing group gave us a quote and we went ahead with him and his company, we are so happy we did as what a lovely bloke he was and his team, all very polite and professional and there work was outstanding......I would highly reccomend this company from ashtead. Excellent experience. Stuart, the business owner is a very good communicator and very responsive. Arrived quickly, gave a verbal estimate and followed-up with a written quote the same day. Started promptly, communicated the inevitable snags once the tiles were removed and rotten rafters exposed and swiftly revised the quote after finding the most cost effective solution. A great firm - reliable, professional and good value for money. Liam and Phil have helped us with two jobs - one to reinforce a sagging roof and then secondly to repair a failed skylight in the same roof. We used Pestle & Sons to do an extensive refurbishment to our house. It’s a period property so very challenging and extensive works needed. Liam and his team have been fantastic throughout - everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional, conscientious and the quality of work is second to none.
