Thanks for a great service! Our job was completed within days of the initial quote being requested. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a great job cleaning and clearing away the debris from our gutters. Photos of the completed job showing before and after pictures were sent that day which showed what a great job they had done. All debris was cleared and taken away. I would definitely recommend Astral for roofing and guttering work. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. I was given several options for how to proceed and I was kept informed of progress with photos and videos which was very reassuring. The entire team were excellent throughout.

When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. James was great at communicating with us from the start. We would definitely use them again!

I was delighted with the prompt and professional service received at a fair price. I also had some of the sandstone wall of my property re-grouted. The work was done in very good time and as described in our consultation. There was very little mess and the people involved were very personable. I will not hesitate to contact Tony again whenever I need work done on my house. I asked Tony to replace a broken chimney pot I had noticed by chance, and it was discovered that it had crashed onto the roof. Tony's team replaced and repaired the chimney pot and roof in a couple of days. I no longer have to worry about winter storms damaging my house.

Tony's roofing came recommended by a neighbour when, after a large storm, water was leaking into my first floor office. I'm very happy with the work and my interactions with Tony. The job was done quickly and with high quality materials and workmanship -- which I'm very picky about. Tony kept me in the loop at all times, explaining what they were doing and why, and he made a few recommendations along the way, which I'm very happy he did because the result looks great and saved me from having to fix other things in the future.

Tony and his team were genuinely brilliant. Not only were they fantastic at fixing our roof in such a quick turnaround, but they were also tidy, fab at communicating and explaining the issue, great to chat with, and super friendly. I’ve had Tony over a couple of times to repair a gutter, clean them out, add a downpipe and replace some tiles. - Gutter corner with problematic brackets under exposed rafters - was overflowing - section replaced. - Downpipe added to better distribute rainfall, care taken with half hung tiles. - Slipped, broken tiles replaced inc cutting for awkward shapes. - Gutters cleared. My experience is that Tony will absolutely do a proper repair, no cutting corners and an all-round solid job. Clearly very experienced, pragmatic, quick and goes above and beyond. Very happy with the workmanship and would recommend for guttering, gutter cleaning, roof tiles and other related works.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicholas visited the property and provided a reasonable quote promptly and then went to great lengths to source the exact same products so they would match what was already fitted. Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

Matt is friendly and professional. He has done some traditional slate tile roofing to our extension as well as installing a fibreglass flat roof to our new dining conservatory. Matt comes to inspect then gets back quickly with a price. He is conscientious yet easygoing to have around your premises and his work is completed to a high standard. He is now our go-to roofer.
