The Roofing Firm installed a new roof, guttering and drainpipes. They also replastered and painted the external of the house. I found them to be hard workers and what was agreed was done. Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. Graeme did an amazing job of using top quality re felt on our flat garage roof, heat-sealing it against the elements on 25 October 2013. It looks as new to this day 4 March 2021! Gave godd detail on what was needed and excellent work

We just had Graham remove all the moss from our roof, replace broken tiles and fit guttering and a water butt to our garage. The work was done really well and our place was left cleaner than when they started. We are very pleased and would use no one else

The A List roofing team are excellent! From quote through to completion they did a fantastic job. Dale clearly explained what would happen and also dealing with a couple of quirks. He assessed the job more thoroughly than others and was a very competitive quote. The guys who did the job were fantastic and left everything perfectly clean.

I contacted A List as I had a number of broken slates on the roof of my extension. Speed of response and communication were very good - Dale arranged a visit within a couple of days and provided me with a quote the following morning. After discussion, I opted to replace all of the slates rather than just the badly broken ones as Dale explained the cost would be similar. James then came to carry out the work - he was happy to do this when I wasn't at home, which was a big help as I didn't need to take time off work. I was really happy with the end result, which was very neat and well-matched to my neighbour's adjoining property and in keeping with the character of the house. More importantly, it kept us dry during the prolonged, torrential rain that followed a couple of days later! Dale and James were both friendly and polite and I'd be very happy to use A List again.

After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers. Amongst many, they suggested Surrey roofing services and after doing a little research I contacted Dean and am very glad I landed on this company. Dean came to visit to see what might be achievable given the construction of my roof, then came back with some recommendations and a comprehensive list of options for me to decide on. I couldn't fault the service, expertise and professionalism Dean and his team of Rick and Tom demonstrated during the 2 days they were here as well as being a really nice bunch of blokes to spend some time with, 100% customer focused, tidy, very professional and hard working. The finishing touches were a day or so later when Dean arranged for his trusted plasterer Josh to come in for day and make good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company in fact I may be seeing them around again as 2 of my neighbours have asked for his contact details after seeing the results of their labours. Just make sure you have plenty of tea on the go as they don't stop for anything else !

Having used Dean and his team at SRS Ltd before to install a sun tunnel on our first floor landing about 5 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to quote for a Velux window in the pitched roof over our ground floor kitchen. His price looked very fair and he and Alex installed it in 3 days in late January, with the plasterer Josh adding only another 5 hours. They were all very efficient and tidy (putting in a temporary floor covering and dust sheets and a temporary door sheet) and have done a high quality job. Dean was even happy to accommodate another trade, which I had doing some unrelated plumbing work one day in the middle of his installation. We're really pleased with the result and it's letting in loads of natural light and has made our kitchen look much more inviting. I'd recommend Dean and his Team to anyone - thank you. Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.
