Cannot recommend Elite Fascias enough. From initial enquiry to job done - highly professional, courteous service. Very respectful of my property & left everything neat & tidy. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Attention to detail in getting tiles that would match the old & porch looks fabulous!

Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

Lee was amazing - he identified the issue quickly and efficiently. It was only a small job but he replaced the broken tiles and damaged felt there and then. He was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and charged a very fair amount. Really happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome.

Broken roof tiles and buckets in the loft to catch the water; complete nightmare as I did not know who to call out and was getting very stressed. I need not have worried as Mike and his team not only came to check it over within 24 hours (in atrociously wet and windy conditions I might add), but the very next day (sunny and dry thankfully) came to finish the job and went over and above what was required. Can't praise them enough for their attitude and work ethic. Highly recommend.

Have used Gavin on two occasions, the first time was to replace around 20 Brazilian slates on our roof. Not a job he relished as Brazilian is about the worst slate you could use! Today, Gavin’s team replaced the flashing under our 1st floor bay window where we have been having problems with water ingress. Great job carried out the day after he gave me his quote. Gavin and his team came and saved us after water started pouring through our kitchen light fitting from our flat roof. Gavin and his team completed a new GRP roof for our rear extension. Can't fault Gavin's knowledge and experience and quality of work. One of the key points which is often overlooked with building work at your property is the level of care and consideration given to your neighbours during the building period. Nothing but positive feedback from neighbours during and post the work, would recommend.

I called GT roofing because of condensation issues inside my attic. Gavin answered my call immediately and came the next day to assess the problem. He suggested some remedial and upgrade work and provided me with a reasonable quote straightaway. Gavin and his team then came and completed the work in a couple of days and everything was tidy and efficient. I definitely recommend.

Daren has so many good reviews and here is another 5 star one. We have only been able to see the work on our roof which he has carried out from ground level but everything looks great. One thing for which we commend him very specially is that after he had started the work he found that some parts of the job for which he had quoted were not in fact necessary. So the sum we paid was very significantly lower than his quote. We recommend him 100%.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Was recently recommended that I repair my flat roof by a surveyor. I was panicking as the bad weather was around the corner. I approached over 20 roofers and had a large range of quotes and ideas alot were trying to get me to rebuild my roof. After a quick conversation with Sean I realised he was an honest straight talker like myself. We had an ongoing issue with a leak around our Chimney. Contacted Adam who arrived promptly, and discussed all of the options to rectify the issue. We decided to remove the chimney to just below the roof tiles. The team arrived early on the agreed date, from the start we were kept informed of all aspects of the work, the work was completed in good time and the work area was cleared of all waste materials/tidy.
