I am so pleased with this membrane roof covering, 56sq. m., so much better than the original felt covering which lifts with resultant leaks over time. Miguel came recommended by several other companies who wouldn’t deal with flat roofs - He gave me options for repair work, talked through all aspects of the build and took photos to explain both before and after. Replaced old felt with new rubber compound material, membrane, insulation and proper ventilation. Very polite and professional team, always on time and tidy. Maceys were excellent replacing our roof, removing chimneys and replacing fascia boards and guttering, exceptional standard of work, arrived when they promised and carried out the work quickly, they cleaned up after the job leaving no sign they had been there. A very smart new roof from Ryan and his team. He gave us an honest appraisal of our roof last autumn, patched it up to see us through the winter and then turned up, as promised to replace it in April. He dealt with the whole project seamlessly. Chimney removal, sorting out solar panels, removal of heat exchanger were all accomplished without issue. There was good communication between him and the scaffolder and all was removed promptly and without problems. He was clear about pricing and stuck to agreed amounts. So pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.

I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.
