Have used Gavin on two occasions, the first time was to replace around 20 Brazilian slates on our roof. Not a job he relished as Brazilian is about the worst slate you could use! Today, Gavin’s team replaced the flashing under our 1st floor bay window where we have been having problems with water ingress. Great job carried out the day after he gave me his quote. Would definitely recommend G T Roofing.

Gavin was extremely helpful. He came to look at our roof very quickly and when this proved not to be the cause of the damp in our house, didn’t charge us for this visit. He has previously done repair work on our roof and chimney stack, which we are very pleased with. I would recommend him.

I called GT roofing because of condensation issues inside my attic. Gavin answered my call immediately and came the next day to assess the problem. He suggested some remedial and upgrade work and provided me with a reasonable quote straightaway. Gavin and his team then came and completed the work in a couple of days and everything was tidy and efficient. I definitely recommend.

Gavin and his team completed a new GRP roof for our rear extension. Can't fault Gavin's knowledge and experience and quality of work. One of the key points which is often overlooked with building work at your property is the level of care and consideration given to your neighbours during the building period. Nothing but positive feedback from neighbours during and post the work, would recommend.

I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. He was amazingly responsive and good at communicating, and his team including David and Tom were excellent. Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Ben repaired a leaking roof for us. He pinpointed the problem immediately, and completed the work quickly. He was professional and very personable, and kept us informed throughout. We would use him again, and have recommended him to our neighbours.

I contacted them through their website and they called me back within thirty minutes. They sent Mark out the next morning to take a look. Mark is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures and showed me what the issues were (I had several leaks in my roof since the recent bad weather). By the end of the day Steve had sent me a quote. The quote listed out the works they were going to do and I thought the price was really good for the amount of work that was needed. I emailed back and accepted in the evening. Steve responded that evening to arrange a day to do the work. The work was done on the day that we had agreed. Mark and Luke did a great job and took more pictures to show me what had been done. As promised all the broken tiles and the original lead flashing was taken away. Steve gave me a courtesy call later on that day to make sure I was happy. Really genuine company trying to sort your problems out. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any roofing issues.

Very pleased with Southern Roofing Ltd. Very quick with quoting to booking job. They did a great job repairing the lead, felt , batons etc on our roof and cleared up after. Topnotch is exactly what it says on the tin. I highly recommend this firm. Alfred the owner and his top professional, Nathan, are brilliant. They renovated a large part of my roof earlier this year and fitted three large Velux windows, so I called Topnotch when I had guttering problems earlier this week. They came out in a day or two and sorted it out. If you value a family business with people you can actually speak to and reply to you like Alfred and Nathan, go Topnotch. Daren has so many good reviews and here is another 5 star one. We have only been able to see the work on our roof which he has carried out from ground level but everything looks great. One thing for which we commend him very specially is that after he had started the work he found that some parts of the job for which he had quoted were not in fact necessary. So the sum we paid was very significantly lower than his quote. We recommend him 100%.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. We are very pleased and would happily recommend Raymonds Roofing.

We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

5 stars is not enough for the service that I received from these guys. They were extremely quick in responding to my initial inquiry and understood the urgency of the job and had it completed within days. Had it not been for the new roof I wouldn't have known that any work had been carried out due how clean and tidy they left the area. Communication was outstanding too. I won't hesitate to use Coast Roofing Services again and really can't recommend them highly enough.

Although having to replace a roof is hardly fun, Luke took the stress out of the situation by arriving for work when he said he would, taking care over the materials he used and keeping me informed throughout the process. He was also able to spot a pre-existing problem that had led to water ingress, and to suggest a solution. This problem has now been resolved and the finished roof and fascias look beautiful. Even my neighbour commented on what a good job Luke had done! I would definitely recommend Luke and his team.

Coast Roofing were working diligently across the road but went out of their way to assist me with some technical help. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable people.

Leaking roof Luke explained the possible causes and was more than happy to address the most likely cause on the spot. He advised us to check various areas when raining, to spot any other signs of problems, so they could be immediately rectified. Would definitely use his service again.

Contacted Sean at short notice to come and refelt my garage roof. Was round quickly to quote, and sorted the job in the same week. Sean and his team did a nice job at a good price and cleared all the rubbish on completion . 👏

Was recently recommended that I repair my flat roof by a surveyor. I was panicking as the bad weather was around the corner. I approached over 20 roofers and had a large range of quotes and ideas alot were trying to get me to rebuild my roof. After a quick conversation with Sean I realised he was an honest straight talker like myself. I had a few match his quote without knowing but I went with Sean as I didn't want any stress and he was the only person to mention doing a part of a roof I didn't tell anyone about to see if anyone would mention it. Nothing was a problem and because I was honest about quotes and ideas from others he gave me logic to why we were making the right choice repairing the roofs the way he did. I was impressed with everyone who came to my property. All professional and kind to my neighbor's. As a scaffolding company, we are rarely the first face a customer sees when looking at potential projects, as it’s the roofers / tradespeople who are providing the works, and we come in second to erect the scaffold. Quite frequently, customers talk to us when dismantling the scaffold about how professional Chad and Lauren have been throughout the process. Just the other day, while looking at a job, an elderly lady said to me, “Chad is a lovely boy. Had various holes and loose tiles which were in need of repair. Chad came round and thoroughly inspected the damaged, gave a very detailed report of works required. The repair work was completed in great time. Very professional and great value. Really nice guy as well. Would highly recommend
