Very happy with the response, advice, work and speed of response. I have now had Borough roofing out twice for two different issues. No hassle or pressure, honest, shared pictures and videos with me there and then so I could see the problem and the repairs (only minor but still) very quick and all at the agreed price. Not like some others whose prices seemed exaggerated and unrealistic. Vinny and Matt are nice and easy to talk to- nothing was too much trouble. Left clean and tidy!!

Jake and his team were fantastic - delivering the work to a high standard that we're very pleased with. Jake came out in advance to quote and then revisited to measure up the replacement skylights (that I ordered) which was a great help to ensure I got the right items. Work was performed quickly and I was pleased that Jake took the decision to return on a second day to finish the job rather than rush it through it one day where quality might have been compromised. Satisfied customer and have already discussed another job with him.

McArthur Roofing Services were brilliant, sorted out my porch roof for a very very good price, far cheaper than any others. Responded to my call and came to quote next day, we had a good discussion on all my options on what to do with the roof. They arrived a week later on time and worked very hard. Jake and his team have carried out a roof inspection, sorted some slipped tiles and checked gutters, clearing out all guttering and cleaning soffits and facias (they look as good as new again).They have worked hard and quickly, turned up when they said they would, carried out the required work to a high standard and cleared up all mess before leaving. I was very impressed with the work Pople Roofing did on my roof. They discarded my chimney and were very competent. They gave me confidence in their ability to understand the trade which was important to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that need trusted roofers, and are certified professionally to do the job safely, and with understanding due to their experience in the field.

Following making contact with the company, Mark visited our property and quickly diagnosed the main issue. A quote followed the next day. When the work was being carreied out another issue was found which would have only been obvious once on the roof. This was dealt with at the same time with minimal increase in cost. Following the repairs the area was left very tidy as was the area following removal of the scaffolding. Overall very pleased with the work carried out.

A complete new roof was installed to the highest standard. The roof had an unusually steep pitch and several dormers, so was a difficult task. Extra work was involved and fully explained (replacement of lead and wood). The roofers arrived punctually every day and were always friendly and cheerful.
