Just had my 50 year old knackered roof completely overhauled to a very high standard by Lee Jeffery who runs a fantastic family roofing business where he has a highly skilled team behind him who are able to do literally everything. They are highly competent roofers who are able to self certify their work and they take care of all the building regulations paperwork on your behalf. I literally had everything done on the roof and i have superb insulation that meets all the current standards so bring on the cold weather. The price was very competitive and reasonable for the current climate and much better then the rip off competing quotes i got from some others used by some of my neighbours. I also liked the fact that everything was included in the quote and there were no nasty surprises and that all my questions and queries before committing were answered very patiently and promptly. I am not a very easy person to deal with as i have very high expectations and attention to detail so am very demanding but they took this in their stride and this didn't seem to rattle them. They are also able to do external decorations aswell as the roof if required so a complete one stop shop for everything. This is rare as i found all the other roofers only do roofing and nothing else which then means you then have to find someone else to do the decorations or other bits that need doing which can be a bit of a nightmare. Lee is a highly experienced roofer who really knows the business and what works and what doesn't. I was immediately taken with his advice and suggestions on the roof replacement which were 100% correct and spot on whereas some other roofers were coming up with some bizarre suggestions which i won't repeat here. Behind the scenes Gemma and Chelsea were also fantastic and very efficient and great with paperwork, queries and scheduling the work. The team were amazing, nothing was ever too much for them. They were totally focused on making me happy and ensuring the work met my expectations and i for one have to say it totally did! Roofers and Builders like these are rare. They take pride in their work which explains why they have a really good reputation in the area and are always rushed off their feet with work. I look forward in the future to calling on them again to do other bits for me but for now i can safely say i consider them as my go to roofers!

The level of professionalism and customer dedication comes effortlessly with this Company. They are in a league of their own From the initial consultation with Lee, through to the two super efficient ladies, Gemma & Chelsea in the office, it's teamwork all the way. My roofing team Dave & Dean were incredible. Absolutely True Craftsmen (yes they do still exist). What hard working dedicated guys they were, turned up on time, every day and you could see they took great pride in their work.They have the ability to talk to you and not at you, ensuring you understand the various stages and happy to talk you through even the smallest detail, engaging with the neighbours when needed and always so respectfully. Everything was left swept up and brushed down at the end of each day. I followed my instincts when I met Lee. He's not at all pushy, just confident, and thats because he knows he can afford to be with such a good team behind him I can thoroughly recommend this Company. I am very very pleased with my new roof.

I cannot recommend Lee and the team highly enough. Steve and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable and true craftsmen. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to advise on specific details and finishes to ensure the finished result is in keeping with the original detail. They also dealt with building Control professionally and swiftly.
