Mark and his team were great - they were able to resolve an issue quickly and efficiently at a competitive price, keeping me informed and ensuring they gave me a clear run down of the work needed, and the work done. It made what would have been an anxious job into a much easier one to manage and I'd happily work with Astute again if I ever encountered another issue.

Water wad dripping from my bedroom ceiling after heavy rain. I called several roofing companies and these guys agreed to visit that day (Thurs), called me back that afternoon with several options. We agreed the repairs would be carried out the following Monday ad again it was a wet weekend. The guys arrived at the agreed time and they t3xt me first thing with a time slot. They wrnt up took photos before,during and after. Carried out the repair,came and showed me the videos and photos of the waste which was rotten batterns and damaged felt. They messaged me the photos and videos and left with the waste and game me some advice on keeping an eye on other areas as it is an old roof on a terrace house in Tilgate. Mark and his guys done a great job of are new flat roof on are out house. And also replaced some tiles on the roof free of charge which is a nice thing to happen in this day and age. Would highly recommend.
