Element recently replaced the box gutters on our roof. Delighted with the whole process. The communication throughout from Clive was great. On site, Danny and his team were fantastic. The roof looks great and finally we have not suffered leaks. To cap it all the price was very competitive.

Element replaced the skin on our quite large flat roof. I was impressed from start to finish. Excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers When I needed my roof replacing I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Element Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Others may say they could do the job cheaper, but I would be surprised if anyone could the job better than Element Roofing. Our new roof looks great too!

I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles. He went above and beyond by replacing the damaged battens as well as some broken tiles, all at no additional cost to us. The work was completed swiftly and professionally. We sincerely thank Sam and his team for their outstanding service!

Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional. Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak). They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. Other roofers just wanted to go on the top, which was just putting a plaster on the problem. Good thing too, as it was rotting! Would definitely recommend. Give them a call and find out for yourself. Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. A brilliant company - really polite, professional, friendly and punctual, and quality of work is second to none. They did some refelting for us a while back (correcting another company's work) and did a great job, also replacing a damaged bit of guttering for free. And then they came to do another bit of work for us just before Christmas, and didn't charge at all. I can't recommend them enough.

Jason and team were astounding from the get-go! Starting with a rapid response when I initially called, they quickly found the root of the problem, and came back the next day to show me what was happening on my roof using their drone. They went immediately to work fixing the flashings and tiles that was causing the leak and were able to point out a further issue with the chimney with no pressure at all to procced. Top marks for Jason and his team. Had a problem with water coming into the house and was worried about the worst case scenario. We got three separate quotes from local roofers and decided to go with JBM. Jason and his team quickly diagnosed the problem as mainly due to very old and leaky guttering. His team were polite and respectful and did a brilliant job getting the work done quickly, and at a great price too. They even came around the day after to rectify one small change - no questions asked. Would highly recommend them!!!

Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

John initially responded to what was a problem with some ridge tiles. With regret the age of the roof meant that any attempt to lift tiles then resulted in more damage as these tiles were in the region of 85-90 years old. John then came up with a plan to replace the roof at very short notice, which we accepted. The crew he used were very good experienced roofers and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently and after they had finished, they guys left a very neat and tidy site. Since the job was finished, I had a surveyor come round to check that all was well and the standard of work on the roof was described as "Well above average." CNEM carry liability insurance and I was sent copy of the certificate. Thanks to John for a good job.

Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given.
