I visited the salon yesterday to have my usual root colour & cut by Charlotte who has been doing my hair for many years & my hair is always looking perfect! She goes above and beyond to fit me in around working full time & childcare. She offers me professional advice on my hair & there's always the offer of drinks/magazines whilst my colour is processing. She's often working on more than one client whilst colours are processing etc. And still manages to get my hair done in a timely manner. She's professional & does a good job. However a customer yesterday was rude to her and she did nothing but act professionally in which it made the whole salon feel uncomfortable. She offered assurance & to prioritise the customer but she continued to be awkward & rude. All the salon girls have been nothing but polite and professional and didn't deserve this in their day job. I can 100% recommend this salon they all go above and beyond every time I visit. Also to add Sarah does my daughters hair and the time & value she adds to her means the world to her & she wouldn't let anyone else cut her hair 👑

had my hair done by the AMAZING charlotte she never disappoints and always knows how to do exactly what i want. i couldn’t imagine having another person to do my hair i trust her with my life!!!

I have been a client of Gemma and the girls in this salon since moving to the area 2 years ago. I have always found the team helpful, approachable, welcoming and professional. They are excellent stylists and work hard to make sure clients are happy with their hair. The team took great care of my granddaughter after she had tried to dye her own hair and Charlotte rescued the situation with support and respect. They truly are a team of hair wizards 👍 ..and make a great cuppa

The ladies go above and beyond to make your experience in the salon a pleasurable one. They are pleasant, friendly and very experienced stylists. I’m someone who has highlights and toner so spend a few hours being pampered and enjoy the relaxation every few weeks! Sarah always asks about my hair at the start of each visit and if I’ve ever had any problems then she’s gone above and beyond to explain what’s happening. For eg, my hair was feeling dry and she even gave me a spray to try then recommended different products which worked. I highly recommend these ladies, they’re all highly trained and friendly, the salon is amazing and it’s treat for every customer! Thank you girls it’s a solid 5 stars from me!
