J Henson replaced a problematic shallow pitched tiled roof with a solid felt roof. The previous tiled roof had leaked for many years with many failed attempts to fix it. Since the solid roof (so far), there has been no leaks. The old roof was replaced within a day with a bit of finishing off, on the second day. The quote was provided quickly, the work carried out appears to be good quality (the work came with a 10 year insurance cover), the old roof was taken away and the surrounding area was left clean.

Jay is really friendly and open to discussing all options and price possibilities. Completed a flat roof replacement for my elderly parents within their budget and in a very timely fashion as water was entering the house. Has been professional and efficient and has done a really good job. My folks are delighted, and would happily use again or recommend.

From first contact to finish of work Jason was very pleasant polite and professional. The work to fix my ridge tiles has been carried out to a very high standard. Jason and Wayne arrived promptly and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Great communication, Jay was very patient whilst I considered a couple of different options and the quality of work is excellent. The chaps who put up the scaffold and carried out the work on my chimneys were polite, professional and I would not hesitiate to have them back in the future to carry out further work. Jay came out to price up for dry verge caps. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through what needed doing. His team turned up on time and they worked very hard to get the job done. Their attention to detail is a rarity nowadays and they were all polite and swept up and took all the rubbish away. I would not hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend them.
