During my short stay, I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. From my greeting at reception, the cleanliness of the hotel and the service as a whole was great. Location was ideal and even better that there was both a Tesco and a McDonalds on the door step. Special to mention to Rosa (The receptionist/Shift manager). Great customer service skills who went above and beyond to help with travel directions, local information and for being so warmly welcoming! 5* experience/stay and this is all down to Rosa and her staff!
Only stayed for the one night. But it was a good night. Bar located right next door and the girls on reception (Gemma and Emma) were wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better service off them. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.
We stayed here Christmas eve/day as we were spending time with family, little gem of a Premier Inn, lovely clean comfortable room, in a handy spot, pub a joining, McDonald's and Tesco handy, the complimentary continental breakfast Christmas day morning was great, and the selection box outside our door was sweet. Staff were friendly and helpful, we will definitely use this hotel when visiting family again.
Been here a few times now. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Pub next door. Mcdonalds is nearby and a large Tesco. The area nearby has seemed to be quiet.
