Christmas Day Drinks with close family (we were there last year too) Log fires in both rooms so not at all cold and full of locals but all really friendly and fast service. Lucky to get 4 pints of Guinness as it’s getting hard to keep supplies up the barman said. Give it a try…
One of the best pubs in the area, it has a Great atmosphere and the beer is well kept, good variety and lovely staff. Only complaint I have is, it has a small car park and when I visited someone had brought a builders lorry on making it difficult to get past.🙂
I've not eaten here so I can't comment on the food but if it's anything like the staff and beer I'm sure it's very good. Just want to add that the Guinness here is outstanding best pint I've had any where
Nipped in here for a pint. Really love the decor inside. Super cosy! They do a cracking bottled stout that tastes amazing! Would recommend nipping in. Will definitely be going back!
