My son has been studying English and Maths at the Kumon Chandler's Ford Centre with Varsha and her assistants for 9 months now. Due to Varsha's excellent teaching and guidance, my son has improved immensely in his reading, writing, and maths. Thanks to the dedicated support he receives, he has built so much confidence and resilience as well. He is always so happy to visit the centre and spend his time there in a nurturing environment. The centre has a great atmosphere for the children to help them concentrate and focus on their work. I highly recommend Kumon Chandler's Ford. I cannot recommend Varsha enough. I am pleased with the progress my two children are making with their Maths and English. They have gained so much confidence since starting the Kumon program, especially my oldest, who is Autistic, as it has provided him with the academic support he needs to remain in mainstream school. I’m not going to lie; it is hard work, but if done with consistency, it builds confidence and resilience, not to mention their academic progress. Varsha and her assistants are always accommodating and professional. What makes it great is that the assistants have been on the programme, have the insight required, and can relate to the students whom they support.

My son has been attending Kumon for three years now and I am very pleased with the progress he has done so far. I am also very pleased because Kumon is more than a tutoring school, Kumon teaches resilience and perseverance that are keys to succeed not only in Maths or English but in any subjects, and maybe in many aspects in one's life. We are very fortunate to attend Kumon Shirley that is run by Ivy Man who is a wonderful skilled and patient teacher. Kumon has been so good for both me and my daughter. I have not been sitting with her to do a lot of homework from school. She has improved a lot in her practice especially Maths, with the help of Kumon. Her speed of work has also increased. Am so happy that she is at Kumon. I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. My son has been attending the GCSE maths drop in sessions since the beginning of year 11. I only wish he had started in year 10! We added an extra 1 to 1 session in the run up to the GCSEs for an extra boost. Issac and Sean are fantastic teachers. My son has improved so much.
