I highly recommend Oliver, the branch manager - great communicator, is confident connecting with kids, and his lessons are very well structured. He has an amazing ability to break down complex concepts so that everyone can understand also he is very creative at adjusting teaching strategies to challenge every kid at their own level. One of Oliver's greatest skills is his classroom management. He creates a positive and inclusive environment where kids feel comfortable sharing their questions, ideas, and perspectives.
