Michael is very knowledgable and very much involved in my son’s learning and progress. My son understood very much the importance about extra tuition to help him further in his learning and development.
I write this review as a parent of a student who uses this institution. Premier Learning Tuition is in a league of its own. A great safe clean learning environment. The management, teaching and support team are all remarkably professional. The staff are supportive and responsive to the unique individual learning needs of children. Students are put through structured learning methods unique to individual learning plan. This helps them to focus on their individual subjects goals. This great institution is run by an able competent, ethical, focused, passionate, empathetic and approachable staff Michael. He is supported by many competent and knowledgeable staff. A key figure is the head of English language department Ms Allison. A very knowledgeable English Language teacher. In her teaching style, she is thorough, thought-proving, fair, honest, balanced, enthusiastic, relentless, effective and organized. The office admin are staffed by equally great team, Anna and Rachel to name a few. They provide clear communications and provide great customer services. Always smiling, friendly, attentive, empathetic and patient.
To all discerning parents Premier Learning is the leading place of choice. A quality learning centre which offers value for money.
From the dad's perspective, this place has boosted my son's confidence levels and his English. He says that he doesn't find this place boring and likes to go. I am happy to be going to be this place and find it really peaceful and fun.(son's perspective). The teachers and wonderful and they teach me greatly and the office is very humble and nice.
Our family have been customers at Premier Learning for many years now. My elder daughter spent 6 years at this tuition and is now at university. She still appreciates her time at Premier Learning, especially the immense progress she noticed in English thanks to PL.
As for my younger daughter, she is still currently studying at the centre. She is able to focus on topics she struggles with, and all of her questions are always answered without fail. She is very content with the support she is receiving.
The staff are lovely but also professional, both the tutors and the admin team. They always put the customers first and go above and beyond to support us. I am very happy with Premier Learning and have nothing bad to say!
