It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. I would highly recommend this company as they give great value for money.

Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! I will also be thanking my neighbour for the introduction!

We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety. Just had new doors fitted by Josh , really happy with the planning , wait times and service . We have just had new carpets and Josh ensured he took the doors out carefully to limit mess , he’s trustworthy , I had to go out and leave him the key ,he’s efficient and explained what he was doing along the way , he’s also very tidy when working , Would not hesitate to use Josh again for anything in the future!

Tom has looked after 2 boilers in 2 houses for me for many years, his work is excellent he is very reliable and genuinely tries his best to do a good job, and communicates so well. This company was used when we had a wet room installed. This wasn't a easy job due to the wet room being put within the garage. All the work was carried out to a high standard and we would recommend this company to do plumbing and heating work. They were neat and tidy workers, with good time keeping.

Simon and his colleague Declan arrived at the agreed time and immediately began work. This was to remove our old and non-working boiler and installing a new boiler and adding the additional pipework. This was a complicated job due to restricted space and having to go onto the roof. However, they just quietly and quickly got on with it. Simon asked if we would allow them to work until the job was finished and we happily agreed. By 7pm it was all done! It really was an awkward job but they have left us extremely happy with the result. They literally didn't stop, even for a break. We've been left with the instructions but everything was also explained to us. An excellent job and we could not be happier. 10/10 and Highly Recommended!

Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 8kW ASHP with Heat Geek series 300L cylinder Liam provided a thorough heat loss calculation and survey on his early visits to our home and it was immediately evident we would be in safe and knowledgable hands for our heat pump installation. He answered all of our questions (a Heat Geek and MCS accredited installer) so that we could make an informed decision.
