I was been looking for my heating to be serviced for a while. Searched on the website for someone I could trust to do an excellent job, as well as giving me feedback in layman's terms. Ben and Co came to my home, explained what was needed to be carried out. Pinpointed issues, no heat in three of my radiators. He was quick, efficient and reasonable priced. Of course, fixed the problem, parts on order. I would have no hesitation about recommending him to anyone. I do intend to use him again again, now I have found someone who knows his trade really well.

16/12 - Ben installed our new boiler. He was on time, clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Pricing was competitive. Very thorough with the power flush to the system. He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. Highly recommend. 9/12 - Ben came out to fix some radiators, he managed to squeeze us at very short notice when he heard we had a little boy. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend BPS. I'm very glad to have found such a reliable and dependable plumber - Ben has done several jobs for us over the last few years and I've always been pleased with the results. I really appreciate how straightforward it is to arrange appointments and get quotes, and the couple of times I've needed something doing urgently he's been able to accommodate. He's even talked me through a temporary fix over messenger so that I could avoid a Friday night emergency call-out. Genuinely great service.

Ben, was really good, we had asked him reseal 3 showers including shower enclosures, water tight. He was really fast and efficient and had a good understanding our weak areas.. And he touched up odd cracks in the ensuites. Thoroughly recommend him.
