Having Tom in the house while this big project was completed was an absolute pleasure and the workmanship was first class. We had neglected our heating for too long and a lot needed doing. We chose exactly the right firm, someone you can trust to be around in the future, someone who knows what they are doing and someone that is nice while they do it. Tom really went the extra mile on this job. Absolutely brilliant.

When we experienced a leak outside our house, we contacted Tom. He came round very quickly and diagnosed a broken plastic pipe that was not an emergency. However, he repaired the pipe immediately. We were very impressed with the service we received and the quality of the work.

Would recommend Tom to anyone - extremely hardworking and thorough with his work. New boiler fitted to a high standard, ensured both hot water, heating and all radiators were working correctly before leaving. Also left the kitchen clean and tidy after fitting which was really appreciated. Could not fault Tom at all, thank you.

Just had new boiler fitted by Tom. Great service all round, from initial survey explaining my options to final installation. Super tidy covering all surfaces/carpets. Great attention to detail with all pipe work really neat and clean (despite being hidden in cupboard!) Once fitted Tom spent loads of time balancing all the radiators to get the system working as efficiently as it could. Would definitely recommend.
